All on expected level except one but pretty critical for me issue - air conditioning system is covered in mold. It have had severe implications for me - I’m allergic to mold and have got severe allergies just few hours after arrival while I couldn’t figure out what caused it. Room felt very moist and smelly, so I was hoping turning on air conditioning will fix a problem in a couple of hours, but it get significantly worst. I’ve got another room assigned after I have identified reason (photo attached); alternative room was having less issues (not obviously smelly), but air conditioning system was covered in mold as well. Also pool was on maintenance, what was not announced while I was booking… traveling with kid, I’d have booked another hotel if I had this info.

The place is perfect if you are planning to just stay in the city. The hotel itself is connected to robinsons mall, so if you want to buy something or maybe eat, then this hotel is perfect for you. Few things that needs to be improved, I wish the management will also provide extra amenities there were no lotion in the room, floor was a bit slippery just for the safety of the guest, especially older people.. but other than that, reception is good in service and friendly. we’ll come back soon..

The location is favourable - 10 minutes walk to SM City. There's MyBus Shuttle to the airport there. Not far from the historical center of Cebu city. Quiet neighborhood. A lot of space inside rooms and lobbies. Wifi was slow. There's only one water dispenser next to reception desk (and I stayed at the 3rd floor which was not convenient). A good option for a connection in Cebu.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Sm city and the surrounding area is residential area. Most hotels in the Philippines are in residential areas, and they are relatively backward. The rooms are large, the facilities are outdated and the hygiene is ok. The old window machine sounds a bit loud, but there is a ceiling fan, and the air conditioner can be turned off when sleeping. Some rooms have windows facing the hallway, so when you book, you can find the windows that Ctrip requires to face outward. The only strange thing is that there is no cup. !! The mattress was low quality. You can feel the wires of the springs. We turned it over but the same. It really needs a good thick mattress topper. The air-conditioner was very noisy. There needs to be signs in the passage way that should instruct people to be quiet because people sleep here. Kids were noisy, slaming doors and talking loudly.

Я понимаю, это проблема здания, как ни трави, они будут, но это очень страшно. Ночью включаешь свет, их море((( Я считаю цена должна быть гораздо ниже, с учётом этих фактов. Мы снимали хороший отель около аялы дешевле, а тут тараканы и дороже. Ещё нюанс для путешественников, лучше заранее связаться с хозяином и спросить номер комнаты. Потому что это не отель,а апартаменты, внизу только охранник и он не знает ничего про ваше бронирование, нужно будет звонить хозяину, что неудобно, если у вас нет местной сим карты.
