Hotel Jupiter

I spent New Year's Eve at the Jupiter Hotel, certainly a beautiful and warm experience. The Hotel was busy, but the staff was able to make us feel at home and pampered. My sincere congratulations to chef Antonio who made the dinner a beautiful (and delicious) memory!

The property has a very convenient location. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was great. An ideal place to stay overnight on a weekend by the sea. If I were to go back to Cattolica I would definitely choose this hotel again

Absolutely bad cuisine, buffet every day the same, sour sauce, raw pasta, don't pay attention to the children's menu, old fish, I don't recommend! Housekeeping could be better, dust on lamps and furnishings, floors are cleaned per say, are always dirty, sheets and towels with stains or other people's hair. Friendly waiters and cleaners to say the least.

Two stars instead of one, only to reward the location is excellent and the bathroom of the room (recently renovated). The rest is really poor ... the kitchen was not the best, some good dishes others much less good .. appetizer buffet with old and cheap stuff, only the pizza is good. Excellent variety and quantity of fruit. Very good table service! Bad breakfast... one hundred thousand trays with the same torcolo and then no croissant. I ask for one for the baby and they tell me there isn't one. Yet breakfast is until 10! Stay done with a family of 14 people and everyone, the next day, had breakfast outside the hotel! At the reception I think the maximum of disorganization and incompetence reigns! Only a less young lady is saved who has always been kind and prepared! We immediately understood the trend... in fact the safe didn't work in the room and we called, it seemed we had contacted a tourist on vacation... waterfall from the clouds! Nothing at all! Never intervened! They didn't even check in! They gave us the key to the room and then in the following days they chased us for the documents.. we gave them and then guess what they say at check out: but the documents?? Small room, old furniture and beds, to be restored! I've never given such a low rating! Positive note to the guy who cleaned the rooms, very good!

Dated building, dirt everywhere. Waiters and kitchen staff who eat on the balcony shouting and screaming, plus from the balcony on the first floor in via Mantova they throw glass and boxes directly into the street…..unbelievable….forget this hotel!

We wanted to have an aperitif at the Caffe Jupiter. The restaurant was deserted, the waitress was buzzing around the counter. We waited for 10 minutes and weren't even greeted by her. Then she thought it was more important to arrange the bar stools first than to take our order. So the hospitality couldn't be topped! This hotel will definitely never have us as guests, absolute cheek!!

Cosa dire di questo albergo? Veramente pessimo, scadente, sporco , mangiare di gomma per quanto riguarda il pesce, per il buffet sempre le stesse cose, personale molto maleducato e sgorbutico. Penso che per i prezzi , per le qualità dell' albergo siano stati dei ladri. Un weekend speso veramente malissimo! L unica cosa buona è il luogo dov è posto, intorno hai tutti i negozi, centro, mare, giostre , gelaterie Ribadisco .... VERAMENTE DA NON TORNARE MAI PIU!

Pessimo non si può definire hotel, a partire dalla sporcizia,l odore di muffa e vecchio gia appena si entra, non rifanno le stanze, senza aria condizionata senza frigo in camera bagno piccolo e vecchio con sanitari ingialliti, cucina di pessimo gusto sembra una mensa, per non parlare del personale scortese e poco preparato! assolutamente vacanza da dimenticare

Camera con condizionatore che perde all'interno della stanza, cassettoni con guida rotta inutilizzabili, stanza rumorosa. Il cibo pessimo buffet scarso, ripetuto il giorno dopo con avanzi ,freddo e non rimpiazzato. Assenza di pane. La tavola non viene sparecchiata dall'inizio a fine pasto.
