Excellent location to visit the whole area and at the same time not suffer the tourist chaos. Very clean structure. Very nice and helpful staff. A few steps from the caves. Highly recommended!!!

Super basic room, very uncomfortable bed, you can hear all the noises coming from the hallway and the walls are made of paper (you can hear everything). Broken elevator, very poor breakfast. Old hotel, it should be a star. Convenient parking

The structure is located near the entrance to the Caves, in addition to this, the positive thing is that the rooms are clean, the taps are new and the water is immediate, and the location is obviously central for any excursion. What I didn't like was having received a room which, although with a double bed, was more suitable for a single person: only one window (contrary to the booking which included a triple room with balcony), there was no power socket on one of the bedside tables (what do I say, mini shelves), very limited support spaces, in the bathroom only one glass shelf, in the shower cubicle you could barely turn around, no support for shower shampoos, in the rooms in the evening the anguish came without a painting or photo posted on the wall. Minimal breakfast (only sweet croissants and pasticciotti), bathroom items and toilet paper left in the room to save money. The front desk was a desk in the breakfast room. Staff without uniform and without a minimum of enthusiasm. After two reservations in the same room, who knows what the main building with the balconies will be like!?

We stayed in this hotel, my husband and my daughter to visit Putignano with its beautiful carnival, Polignano and wonderful monopolies. Hotel cleanliness 10, comfort and location 10, very comfortable bed, super breakfast and very kind staff. I will definitely return, it is located at the entrance to the Castellana caves. I guarantee you that quality/price is worth everything.

I went with my wife for a birthday present, very clean room, very comfortable mattress, very rich breakfast and good coffee, very kind staff, I can say that the quality for the price is excellent.
