Great hotel in the heart of Bari. The train station is one step away from where you can travel anywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is cultured, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great although we only had breakfast. I don't give 5 points for one reason. The air conditioner in the room is very cold, it cannot be setup, we switched it to warmer and after a few seconds it returned to the original temperature. The location of the hotel is not in the best neighborhood. This massive city center with all its peculiarities. Like dirt, dog excrement on the street, graffiti and suspicious figures. However, the transport is very good from here to wherever you go.

A somewhat old hotel - at least from the outside appearance and the first impression of the room. However, the bathroom was great, everything was new and modern, great rain shower. Huge area with conference rooms and dozens of free parking spaces. The sports room is a dream and huge, sauna and indoor pool are theoretically also available - unfortunately both are not open. The breakfast had a lot of variety, but the presentation still had potential. Nice staff, disinfectants were also available in the entrance area and sports room. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the back, no noise from the street - gorgeous. All in all a nice stay at a fair price, including breakfast and fitness room. Gladly again!

A urban location, almost next to the area in ways, Service staff. Very good cappuccino in the morning and nice the hall where breakfast is served. Especially the building as it is housed in an old monastery with its church. A Little, high-rise room, no taste, but, as the stay was only for one night, I pass the decor ... My friend would like air-conditioning, I didn't miss at all (there was an ground fan)

From the first moment, the check in, then entering the room, everything was perfect. Cool, clean and quiet. There is a busy road outside but the sound insulation prevented any disturbance. The breakfast on the roof was superb. The restaurant was good. I am not convinced everything was made fresh to order, but what we had was very satisfactory and the staff were professional and friendly. You need a car to use this hotel. Its a bit isolated. The nearby town of Torre da Mare is not really of interest. I thought it was dirty compared with other places we had visited in Puglia. The hotel itself is excellent. Stayed three nights: we slept well and I would go there again.

We found this baby accidentally I have to say we found very good. That kind boy who answered us at the phone and then welcomed us at our arrival. Extremely spacious room is very clean. Super breakfast made in the bar under Jerome with cappuccino and scream flirts 😋. Also very comfortable because the conventional parking 2 minutes walk is perfect. It will be our first choice when we come back to Bari. The only advice I give to the property is to have an additional eye on the maintenance and use of things in the room but really simple things. This is a really tired and dated hotel by today's standards. Externally it looks great, but internally it is very basic. A few details about our room; Hardly any plug sockets Air con either on or off (no options) Wifi wasn’t working in bedroom, only reception/dining room (Room 206) TV not working. Asked twice - fixed 2 days later. No wifi so no Netflix etc. Noisy fridge all day/night Shower jets don’t work but instant hot water Other points; Very basic breakfast - don’t expect eggs of any kind! Remote location - a car is essential All staff speak very limited English, if any No one at reception Sunday evening or at 7am next morning. The breakfast guy took 1/2 hour to check us out due to the language barrier. Swimming caps needed for hotel pool €4 each from reception Best bits; The restaurant was amazing. Fabulous food and wine. We were given free 5-course meal on arrival (drinks not included). Lovely pool. Gets noisy though when the local kids arrive. Suggestion for hotel; Provide some guidance for international guests in the form of a small booklet (in a few languages) in each room.
