I'm very satisfied with this suite in Rome. We're a family trip and booked a family suite. This room is a real family suite. I'm very satisfied with it. It has a terrace and is very comfortable to sit and have a drink. The location is also good. You can park the car and walk around. I'm very satisfied with this hotel. It can be booked.

Hotel staff were incredible. I accidently left my cell phone in a taxicab and they contacted the taxi companies and help me get to the driver that brought it back.

Clean and big rooms. Not for mobility challenged guests cause it’s in a hill unless you want to take the taxi .

Our stay was pleasant, and we even extended our stay by a day. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Gabriel, who still spoke Portuguese. We received helpful and empathetic advice from the entire staff, who recommended tours, directions, dinner reservations, and taxi reservations. The hotel is truly excellent.
