I always stay here when travelling south. This time the front desk person was less than helpful and failed to tell me the road to the diner i asked about was closed so i tried to get to the diner and got lost. Also, TV and internet not working and they failed to get it fixed.

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn in Carneys Point, NJ. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods. It would be nice if they provided coffee for the guests throughout the day instead of just during breakfast. Also they should have towel bars in the bathrooms. We have stayed there many times in the past several years and we will stay there again in the future.

I did not like the breakfast -- unchanged over 4 days, serving turkey sausage and egg something; no hot sauce; everything looked like high carb and processed a long time prior. People responded but not considered friendly or helpful.. Furniture makes little sense: high open piece with what appears to be a narrow tall closet -- but no hanger rods. Just no personality to this property. or its staff; 2 times to get clean linens over 5 days.

Room was clean just a little dated. The bathroom shower head did not work for different spray patterns.windows could of used a good cleaning inside and out. Comfortable with an makeover it would be a 5.

Computer room was not in operation and had 4 foot high boxes stacked in it all over the room; outside of hotel is dimly lit and on one end completely dark; limited parking; hallway going to rooms smelled like moth balls; carpets looked dirty and need steamed cleaned badly. Trash laying around outside and at hotel entrance; bathtub has slanted sides and can not stand it it with your feet side by side like normal. Shower head was clogged, dirty and did not spray well. For the price of this hotel, do not go here. Only stay if you are looking just for a place to sleep. The afternoon and night shift front desk associates were very nice and helpful.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom tub needed cleaning and the bathroom walls were dirty and needed to be wiped down or repainted, and there was tile missing from the floor behind the bathroom door. The door to the room did not close tightly.

Do you understand going in that this is not a fancy property then for the level that it is I thought it was very good! The staff are great. The shuttle service was exactly as stated, very reliable. When we got to the airport, we called the hotel and the shuttle was there within minutes, when we left very early the next morning go back to the airport again the shuttle driver was just fantastic

The staff working here were friendly and helpful when we interacted with the front desk and breakfast area staff. The condition of the linens was terrible with holes in them, and the comforters were stained on top with black marks from luggage. The bathrooms were really clean, but need an update in the shower and floor. We got what we paid for I guess.
