The black receptionist had a bad attitude, but everything else was ok! The room I was assigned was for disabled people, which was a bit embarrassing!

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH *******. I booked a 2 bed suite and was given a 1 bed suite at check-in. The front desk said that was what was reserved. I BOOK 2 BEDS HERE ON ******* and have the email from ******* to prove it.
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK WITH *******, folks.

I had to book last minute from airport w flight cancellation after midnight, check in process was simple and gracious-/ very much appreciated after a typical airline disaster. Definitely would spend more time if having to come back in future.

Very well-cared for from ceiling to floor; high quality in every detail from flooring to bed/bedsheets/pillows/covers to a
kitchen appliances to shower to furniture to hardwood doors to towels and more. Cleanliness & detail of high standards throughout hotel inside & out. Traveling over many years staying in many chains, Homewood Suites by Hilton is of the best caliber. Breakfast variety differing each day was refreshing & pleasant. Very pleased, satisfied, & will seek out Homewood Suites for future travel. Thank you! Fantastic product & service!

We had a lovely room with a patio near the pool, the breakfast offering were exceptional and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The Wednesday evening welcome reception was a treat. Parking was great and it was close to everything: food, shopping, Spring Training games!! We look forward to staying at Homewood next year for a Grapefruit League vacation.

My major complaint is with ******* falsely advertising a hotel with pool and hot tub only to find out that neither is in operation and have been in renovation since Nov 23.
What makes it worse is ******* knew of this as they had been advised in writing by the hotel.
******* falsely represented this product offering and have charged full price without discount or explanation. This is not the first time ******* has done this but it will be my last booking with *******.
