The hotel was nice and clean. Food was just ok. I've had better at an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. We booked the ocean view room and I must say I'm so glad we did! The view was gorgeous. The room itself was pretty big and very clean. My only complaint about the room is we couldn't find an outlet to charge our phones. Coming from Tulum, I booked the room for 1 night so we could relax before catching an early morning flight back home. When booking the room I read that kids were not permitted so I was under the impression it was an adult only resort. I guess I should have read the description better because this resort is very family friendly. Service was great! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place for families, maybe not so much of your looking for a quiet getaway.

We had a wonderful experience at La Luce Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, authentic, and well-presented. I enjoyed every bite of my meal. The service was excellent as well. Our hostess, Diana, greeted us warmly and seated us promptly. Our waiter, Ismaiel, was very helpful and interactive, checked on us frequently, and made us feel welcome. He also had a good sense of humor. The chef, Sergio, personally came to say hi and thanked us for dining at his restaurant. He was very friendly and professional. The manager, Rizo, also stopped by our table and asked us about our experience. He was very courteous and attentive especially to our dietary restrictions. Hats off to him for going all the way to Maxal to get 3 milk cake for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy and satisfying Italian meal. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences I have had in Cancun

We loved this hotel so much and had such a positive experience here! after arriving at a different hotel we'd pre-booked and finding it to be awful, we looked online for an alternative and got a really good deal here. We got a deluxe king suite for 2 people all inclusive for the week with about 60-70% off the normal price! So we were really impressed with the value. When we arrived, the check-in process was pretty slow. The hotel is massive and yet the reception is fairly small so every time we went passed, there was a big queue of people waiting. Although it was slow, the staff were all friendly, helpful and informative and told us all about the restaurants, pools and all inclusive offering before giving us our room key. We were so impressed with the room! It was super spacious, modern and comfortable. The bed was huge and there was still loads of space. I also loved the bath with the glass divider to the bedroom, and the bathroom was lovely and clean too with bottled water provided each day. We spent about 50% of our time in Cancun out and about, and the other 50% relaxing at the hotel. We were really happy with the time we spent in the hotel; it had about 5 pools, which were lovely and we especially liked the adults only one with the swim up bar. The staff round the pool were really attentive and always very quick to offer drinks and food. The food itself was really great. The hotel had 6 or 7 restaurants of varying spec; some fancier and some more casual daytime dining. We ate in almost all of them and enjoyed the vast variety on offer. Even the more casual offerings (like in the sports bar and round the pool) were really high quality and we really enjoyed all of our meals. The all inclusive offering was really substantial too, with basically everything included. The only thing we didn't have included was the meal we had at the sports bar, but we could've dined in one of the other restaurants if we'd wanted to avoid paying anything extra. The hotel was ideally located for exploring Cancun and doing excursions etc, and we were super happy we'd chosen to stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.

This review is in comparison to our previous stays, not our initial thoughts on the property. The Vine has always been our go-to resort and our last visit in November 2019 was amazing. Unfortunately we have found that the quality just isn't as good as it used to be: Food quality was the biggest disappointment and has definitely gone downhill. Bluewater was always our favourite but quickly became our least favourite this trip. Pizza at Nebbiolo is delicious. House red wine has changed and was horrible. A/C in the room was minimal - would not go below 71 - we requested a fan but unfortunately didn't get one (yes we know to close the patio doors to ensure it's on). The main areas/restaurants also used to be air conditioned but no longer seem to be, especially in Dragons. Chair game is fierce! I enjoy the sunrise and would be down around 6am and a lot of hot spots were already saved. We were there for 7 days in a Preferred Junior Suite and only received bar/snack refills one day. We mentioned to our floor butler and asked for the refill, still nothing! Normally we received three mini liquors, Pringles and M&M's daily... this trip only on the day of check in. It's unfortunate because we truly do love The Vine - the rooms, views, pools, entertainment and service are still outstanding, but in comparison to previous visits it's no longer a resort we care to return to. Side note: Ricardo at Nebbiolo is fantastic and was the star of our week!

Almost every room has a sea view. This hotel is very cost-effective. It includes three meals with several options. You can drink as much as you want. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock on a red-eye flight. We were supposed to check in at 3 o'clock, but we paid 50 US dollars to check in early. The beach sand is very comfortable. There are performances at night. It is a hotel that is super suitable for children and the elderly to play together.

The check-in was good, the guy on reception was kind and it seemed to be perfect vacation, but later happened 2 situations… 1. I left the part of my cash in a bag, and someone still 100 dollars from there, probably thinking, that “gringo” don’t calculate it… just 1 day before I took part from there to change and next day after midnight there were 1 banknote less. Of course I couldn’t prove it so it have no sense to tell about it. 2. Also smbd stole 1 chocolate (that’s not 100 dollars, but that was a present, which was bringing from another country - like a present from the trip)… 3. And last thing, there’s been an incident when three member staff were snooping around our room in our absence. And we have returned too early. They came up with excuses that they were worried about the safe situation. My friend had left her jacket in the safe. But that does not excuse them for intruding our space and letting our door open for everyone to see The cleaning ladies cleaned our room more or less good (sometimes forget about balcony 😅) and they have never changed our bed linens, but we spend there 17 nights… Little bit compensated by the good location, beach and tourist operator at the hotel, but not enough to fill yourself safely and comfortable.

Fantastic property in terms of commons areas. The rooms are pretty outdated and have an adjoining room which feels very unsafe. The pool and beach and breakfast is very good. If I was to give rating in terms of rooms no more than 3 star common areas are a 5 out of 5.

Bait and switch masters. Given the fact that this is a very popular resort, management obviously feels entitled to provide the service they deem minimally sufficient in order to maximize profits. My wife and I unknowingly made reservations for a takeover four day weekend. The group doing the takeover had their own events either away from the resort or in specific areas of the resort with no access available to the other guests. I had no issue with that fact given that they paid extra for their events. The fact that the group had over 80% of the rooms reserved resulted in the events organized for the rest of the guests, having next to no attendance, the club was dead every night we were there. The takeover group was very friendly and we had no issues with them. We didn’t see them very much. I requested a transfer to another one of their resorts but Adrian Guevara, supervisor on duty for Premier member services, was unwilling to transfer us unless I paid current prices for those resorts. I made my reservation for temptation ten months ago and even then, the rooms were far from inexpensive. I was not willing to pay more to be transferred. Mr Guevara was rude and the furthest thing from service oriented. Though the entertainment staff tried to improve the atmosphere, the playmakers were for the most part, the only ones on the dance floor every night we were there. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

A SPARKLING CARIBBEAN JEWEL Make your entrance in one of the most desirable locations in all of Cancún. Breathe in the ocean air. Sway in a balcony hammock. Soak up the sun and scene at Bungalow Beach Club. Treat yourself at the spa. Take a swing at 18 holes. Recharge in a gorgeous suite. Welcome to SLS Cancun, a siren of the Caribbean calling you to its shores.

GGuest User 2023.07.08
Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

The location is great and the view from the rooms is incredible. Close to the most chic shopping mall in Cancún (La Isla). Great drink and food options in the restaurant. Swimming pool with music, most of the day. Good stretch of beach for walking. Jetski rental on the beach in front of the hotel.

GGuest UserAfter the trip to Cancun, I felt exhausted. Marriott's magical operation was beyond my understanding. I booked a Club 91 King Room for the first night, and the second night renewal fee increased by 1,500, and I changed to a Seaview Deluxe King Room: 1) I booked a Seaview Deluxe King Room, but found it was a twin room when I checked in, and it was very humid. I didn't bother to ask the front desk to change it; 2) Club 91 offers a free SPA, but when I made an appointment, I was told that it was just a hand, which lasted for about a few minutes, without the body. I enjoyed it for nothing, but the hand was not needed; 3) When checking out, I checked out the Seaview Room first. The list showed 6 lines including room fee and various taxes, all on the bill. Fortunately, I could speak some English, so I asked the front desk one more question. They said that I had already paid other fees except the resort fee on Ctrip, so why did I have to pay? Then I checked; 4) When I settled the Club 91 bill again, the amount I had paid was not on the bill, but there was an additional mini bar consumption. I was so busy that day that I only drank 2 bottles of free water in the room, and then I checked again; 5) I asked the hotel how many pesos it would cost if I could help call a taxi to the airport? The reply was 700. I happened to see a taxi driver waiting for passengers. I asked him and he said 500, so I got in the car without hesitation. 6) I forgot a beloved dress in the room when I checked out. After I left, I found out that I forgot to call the hotel again. They said they didn’t see it. They swore that the dress was only worn in the hotel and never left the hotel lobby. I asked for a day, but they still said no. I still feel sad. Looking back, I don’t know if these are pitfalls or coincidences? The hotel front desk and Club 91 staff are very friendly, and the facilities, environment, outdoor swimming pool, and exclusive beach are all good.

DDenisHotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

This hotel was unbelievable good value. We stayed here for a night en route to Isle Mujeres. Lively small hotel with tropical garden and small Pool. A great introduction to tropical Mexico coming from a cold and wet Ireland. The young man in reception was so nice and spoke some English. So after a quick check in we went to our room to drop the bags as it was around 9pm and we meeded to eat. We went across the road to a lovely outdoor pizzeria and had a delicious pizza. Again staff there were so friendly. Came back to bed. The room had two double beds for 4 of us and it was grand. Hot showers, clean room and comfy beds. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We thought it would be a continental Breakfast but we had a proper Mexican breakfast. We left that morning but could have stayed a few more days as it was so nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel . There were kids enjoying the pool as we left. The pool area is shaded as are the grounds so it’s like an oasis in the city.

GGuest UserThe experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

GGuest UserOur flight was cancelled.. CUN>JFK.. 24hrs later. This hotel was so accommodating. Although there was a lot of confusion and as chaotic as it was, we still received kind & courteous service. Our party of 4 was given 2 adjoining rooms. Given the situation… We felt safe & comfortable. We highly recommend the outdoor Taco spot around the corner… can’t miss it - Al Pastor tacos right in front - get the Arrachera (steak) Tacos with cheese - super delicious!! The next day, staff.. especially Mateo - was incredibly helpful & informative! He made sure we were well taken cared of!! Mateo was muy excellenté! Muchas gracias con todo!

MMelissaPros Location. Rooms, hotel grounds The location is about 5-10 min walk to the main area of downtown with all the shops and markets. The property was very well Kept and clean. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus after exploring all day. The property has a front gate so it made the hotel feel very secure and safe at all hours. Overall no issues with the hotel itself. Cons Communication and checkin I waited outside the gate for 40 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk. I tried to call with no answer and ctrip also tried calling with no answer. When I finally saw got checked in the man on the phone said I absolutely did not wait that long and he has just talked me to (he did not). There was no apology for the wait or anything and it came off like that fact that I waited so long was a lie (I do have my conversation with the ctrip agent where we talked about both of us not being able to get ahold of the hotel). I had also asked them if they could help me order a taxi for 4am. The man responded and when I asked to confirm price he didn’t respond for 4 days at which point I had already checked out and left.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Krystal Urban Hotel! I received excellent service from the staff. I felt at home. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on a tight budget The Aquamarina restaurant serve delicious food. The breakfast is my favorite because it has a variety of home cooked foods. The staff, Rodolfo and Karen, work very hard managing the breakfast shift well- they keep the shift running smoothly.

GGuest UserThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday. Earl
