This hotel is next to the Australian National University. We attended the graduation ceremony of my daughter's master's degree. The stay was very convenient and comfortable. There are special restaurants and bars in the hotel.

The overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.

The choice of this hotel was also decided after reading the strategy and comprehensive consideration. After checking in, first of all, I was amazed by the design of the hotel inside and outside, and I was very happy. The overall facilities and services of the hotel are not bad. The smile and voice of an Asian waitress in the breakfast room make people feel very sincere, warm and comfortable; the meals in the bar are basically vegetarian, but full of creativity It's delicious and not expensive (compared with restaurants outside and gourmet shops in commercial centers); everything in the minibar in the room is free, including wine, beer, cola, milk, nuts, potato chips... small food. This is not available in ordinary hotels; the room is very quiet, and I don’t think the sound insulation is bad (maybe it’s off-season?), the hotel’s hygiene is very good, the room supplies are very clean, and slippers, toothbrushes and other accessories are not necessary. But the hotel provides it free of charge according to the needs of the guests, and you can ask for it at the front desk. The downside is that the light in the guest room is too dark (the patrons are pursuing a sense of design), and guests need to look bright! Also, all the door touches in the guest room don't work well.

Fantastic little rooms that are central to everything, great customer service, and the rooms are full of all the amenities that you would need.
I would recommend it to everyone and certainly stay here again. Especially visiting during autumn is recommended as the city is so beautiful this time of year and with the views from the windows it make it so much better.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment.
Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged.
Great environment overall, but better communication would help.

Facilities: There is a gym, swimming pool, spa and sauna. The elevator access control is quite safe. There is a parking lot but it is very stupid!!! If you drive, I don't recommend staying here. With the parking fee, it's better to stay in other hotels with charges. The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and there may not be a spot even though he said it was reserved. Then basically, you have to use the code in the information to open the door when you go out and come back. It's terrible if there is no signal. When I left, I told the staff that I was leaving, but he didn't help me check out, leaving me at the exit of the parking lot and making a phone call. I really think this is very bad.
Hygiene: Hygiene is just average. It's not good for a new hotel. It's barely livable.
Service: There is no problem with the people. It's just that the process and other things are problematic.
And as long as you use Ctrip to book overseas hotels, they basically arrange the last room. This has happened countless times. It's better to use other platforms to book overseas hotels.

The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. You can do City Walk within walking distance. During my stay in Canberra, the public transportation system was upgraded and I could ride the bus for free.

Good areas closed by to shopping mall and walking distance to cafe and restaurants. Require a short drive to see the old and new Parliament House and Questacon and the National Art Gallery. It was a good stay but the pillows bit too soft.

AAnonymous UserI've been to Canberra twice. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's really nice. The staff are warm and considerate. The room is big, new and smells good. There were 4 people here this time and we had an extra bed in the living room. It's very convenient. It's only 5 minutes away from Parliament Hill in Canberra. It's in the center of the city. The location is very good. Parking is free on weekends. It's really good. Next to it is the Burbury Hotel, but this hotel has excellent value for money. It's really good. It's clean and comfortable. The location is great. Excellent, I will continue to stay there if I have the opportunity in the future, 5-star recommendation! Canberra feels great this time 😌
谢谢兴Quite old hotel, more than 50 years old, very tiny room. and wifi signal is very week. You need to get the conference WiFi from reception. But the signal is still quite weak.
The breakfast costs $25, and there's not too much food.
However, their service attitudeis is quite good and they wish to help you. Although the limitation comes from the hardware.
GGuest UserBig room with an interesting mini bar. The breakfast variety was great as well. One downside is that Ctrip has some misleading pictures about the hotel.
CChengThe room and bathroom were quite clean! !! The counter staff is very kind! !! About 20-30 minutes from the airport, but not too far from several well-known attractions, very convenient
GGuest UserThere are only two room types on the hotel's official website. The basic rooms include inward-facing rooms with no lighting and those with daylighting. We were assigned to an inward-facing room. The lighting was poor and the stay was very depressing. After asking to change rooms, we were still given an inward-facing room. However, you do not need to pay extra for an outward-facing room. When you check in, you must ask the front desk for an outward-facing room. As far as I know, the room on my side of the room seemed to be the only one on the night I checked in, and other guests were assigned to it. Outside facing room type and the room was very dirty. It's worth mentioning that the common areas are nice and the mattresses are very comfortable.
There are only two room types on the website of the hotel, but some with open-view while others with interior view, we had been allocated to a room with interview and the room was so dirty especially in the bathroom.
BBee RubbleExcellent service and a fair bit of space for individuals. Close to transport and a large number of good shops are within walking distance.
Comfortable and basically warm rooms. Great if you want to get work done.

Very Good
GGuest UserLike most of the rooms in this hotel, ours does not have a window to let in fresh air which is essential to us in a carpeted hotel room. Breakfast variety is ok. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Parking fee is a bit pricey though 70 dollars for two nights.
我们的房间不能开窗通风,订之前忘了问了,结果住在有地毯的房间不是很舒服的感觉。早餐种类可以,地点绝好,设施稍老旧,卫生没问题。停车费稍贵另付70刀。

GGuest UserNot that clean. It's ok. TV doesn't connect even though it has an option to. Staff leave early and no phones to call reception. I didn't get a WiFi password I had to ask the lady next door because reception closed right after I checked in.
It's not too bad. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom but I can't say it was clean. It was just tidy, at least the sheets were clean. Carpet was definitely not. Also, blinds in bathroom are broken.
GGuest UserThe service from the front desk was ok but to have to pay to park my vehicle at the motel was an imposition. As it was compulsory, the true cost of staying at the motel should have been increased by the cost of the parking. This is deceptive pricing policy. It is almost as bad as charging more for toilet paper.
The room and the bed were comfortable. The air conditioner did not work but there was a heater (probably all that is needed in Canberra in June)
I did not partake of any food.
