Nice hotel. The decoration is not luxurious but has everything. The design of the atrium and the sky is a bit like a miniature version of Jin Mao Hyatt. The living room is relatively small, and there is not much space to open the sofa bed, but it has its own kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient for cooking. The bathroom is very big, but the downside is that the bathtub is not slip-resistant and slips easily. The bedroom is very quiet, the balcony glass sliding door is very thick, and the sound insulation is excellent. Parking is quite convenient (to be charged separately), the hotel has not many parking spaces, but you can park in the airport parking lot a step away.

Overall recommendation. The environment is clean, the service attitude is good, the facilities are new, the price is reasonable, and the price is high. The location is in Kingston, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city by bus. However, the trains are not very frequent, about half an hour on weekends. The hotel’s price/performance ratio is very good: Saturday seems to be the most expensive day of the week in Canberra. Almost old and new and star-rated hotels in the city cost more than RMB 1,200. I booked this one for more than 700. It's still very cost-effective. In addition, there is no need to worry about being noisy on the road, there are few cars at night. I could hear some in the morning, but it was about 8 o'clock, and I was basically awake at that time. There are a lot of food around, for example, I tried penny university and it was not bad.

They overcharge me. their app showed the price one and when I I made booking they charged me extra. I was completely socked. I contacted to trip but hey were hopeless. We live in Australia but they charged me us dollar which they did not mention. I

Stayed for 4 nights on a family trip. We opted to go with Pinnacle due to its proximity to everything. Very close to restaurants, Coles is also just 2 mins drive away if you are staying longer and need groceries etc. On checking in we were informed we were staying in the other block which forms part of the premises however entry is via Leichardt St but was easy to navigate due to the directions given at reception. Can't fault the premises. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was quite large, premises were clean and tidy. I would not hesitate recommending Pinnacle Apartments.

We 4 adults shared a 2 bedroom suite on arrival we received a warm welcome from reception staff, . directed to our suite and give keys . This was our first stay at Meriton,we were delighted to enter a spacious light filled airy and very clean apartment, in our opinion our necessary comforts of home away from home. I enjoyed my stay. A comfortable little apartment with decent facilities. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Aldi for a grocery shop and the little kitchenette meant I could eat a bit healthier while I was travelling. There were just a few minor maintenance issues that stopped it being a 5 star for me. My air-conditioning unit didn't seem to work correctly and seemed to run quite hot on the standard auto/auto the hotel asked it to be set on. The spa in the pool area was undergoing maintenance unfortunately, that would have been great after a long day. The little gym had good equipment and nice atmosphere being on level 2 rather than the basement but it didn't appear to be serviced and there were a couple of machines that needed maintenance, it also needed a top up of cleaning supplies.

Overall, the service is very good. Every staff greets you with a smile, answers questions patiently, and is very satisfied with the room and breakfast. The only downside is that the swimming pool is a bit small, in another building outside the hotel. Due to hygiene issues, the swimming pool is closed on the afternoon of the check-in day.
