Hotel Villa Rosella Park & Wellness

Small hotel, clean, located at the foot of the Ciampac ski lift, good food. Too bad all frustrated by the completely inhospitable behavior of the manager of the structure. Being attacked, with screams and offensive allusions, in front of the other guests, being treated like thieves for having taken from the dining room a couple of sandwiches for three children who had not eaten them for breakfast and having brought three apples to the room after dinner ( and we are in Trentino, where you should have apples in your room with what you pay for !!!), it is not acceptable. If she hadn't been the manager she would have been fired on the spot. Obviously we paid the "stolen goods", we will not return and we will never recommend this structure. There are so many others I don't see why paying to be treated badly. Absolutely not recommended, especially with children. A stone's throw from the ski lifts, Villa Rosella is truly the perfect solution for a stay in the Dolomites. Strengths: location, cleanliness of the rooms, exquisite dinners and always very varied, breakfasts with homemade desserts, comfortable ski and boot storage, but what makes the difference is the kindness and hospitality of all the staff who make you feel like at home! (In particular, Rosa's sympathy and sweetness really won us over!) Thanks for these beautiful days! Super recommended !! Chiara & Sara

Strategic position, quiet, leave the car and put on your skis! Small but comfortable room, mountain view but the strong point is the friendliness and kindness of the staff! Especially with half board, they pamper you and make you feel at home! We'll be back!

Hotel in a fantastic location, 200 meters from the Cimpac and Col dei Rossi lifts. Impeccable cleanliness and care of the structure, simple but very welcoming room, with all comforts. Excellent express cuisine, both for breakfast and dinner, with a varied and quality menu. A delight for the palate are the sweets for breakfast. Staff always polite, helpful and with sympathy. Being able to book only a short time before, it was years that my husband could not find availability, .. but this year we booked! All the positive aspects are confirmed, availability and kindness of all the staff, excellent homemade desserts for breakfast, delicious dinners and EXCEPTIONAL cleaning. Cappuccino and coffee for breakfast are served by the bar and not provided by the usual dispensers. Courtesy also in giving availability to change after the last skiing (having already checked out) and to leave the car in the parking lot. Cable car within walking distance. Hope to be back again next year.

It is not the first experience at Villa Rosella. I stayed with my family and some friends about five years ago, and therefore this summer was a bit like coming home. The expectations were not disappointed at all. The family-run hotel is in an excellent position for various walks, a stone's throw from the ski lifts to Ciampac and Col dei Rossi. It has a wonderful garden, equipped with every comfort to relax after long morning walks and a large parking area available for guests. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is always polite and ready for any request. The cuisine is superb. from the always refined dishes of the chef, to the Tyrolean dinner on Wednesday, to the diversity of the soups that heat up every evening .. Special attention and praise to Mrs. Rosa, for the delicacies of breakfast, from pies, to donuts, to butter biscuits ..a real treat for the palate. His kindness and his welcome are really super. Thanks also to Giuseppe, for his availability, for his kindness and sympathy, for the always useful advice for the walks to be undertaken. Last super positive note: full and absolute compliance with anticovid regulations. Presence of disinfectants in every corner of the hotel, from the canteen to the lift; use of the mask, no buffet, only table service; wellness center not available precisely for health safety reasons: in such a complicated time, like the present one, a way to make guests feel safe, even on vacation. In short, a choice to be confirmed certainly. Thank you for making our vacation special!
