Horrible! The front desk told me my bags would be placed in the type of room I requested and I paid. When I returned at 9 pm, no room was given and my bags were still in reception. The next day the dhower flooded the area by sink and I had to lay towels down so as to not slip. The manager on duty, sunday Dec 4, refused to give me towels saying I had used my allotwd amount and was going to charge me another night for more towels (I was checking out that day). Don’t stay there! There is Gamma and a slew of others!

Pésimo servicio por parte de todos los empleados del hotel, inclusive nos amenazaron estando en familia, el Personal sin uniforme y sin identificarse, un peligro por qué no sabes en qué momento puede pasar algo peor, ya levantamos nuestra queja en profeco, esperamos que esta semana los clausuren, no vayan a este hotel por ningún motivo. Al Hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, hay cucarachas en los cuartos, la solución de la recepción fue cambiarnos de habitación sin garantizar que no hubiera insectos. NO hay agua caliente en las regaderas, no contestan en el teléfono de la recepción, tuve que bajar hasta la recepción para notificarles. Muy cara la comida para lo que te sirven. No recomiendo este hotel

Me hospede por una noche del 26 al 27 de julio y encontré muchas anomalías para ser hotel de cadena. Primeramente no entregan la habitación a las 3pm. Me dijeron que hasta las 5 de la tarde. Las toallas de la habitación estaban viejas y sucias. Encontré 2 cucarachas en la habitación. Reporte dicha anomalía con la gerente del hotel pero al parecer no les importo porque quedo de enviar una nota aclaratoria misma que nunca recibi

Llegué el día 12 de enero 2024, con mis hijos, éramos tres personas, el baño se tapó y no lo pudieron solucionar, me cambiaron a una habitación inservible, no tenía chapa la puerta del baño, no tenía chapa de seguridad la puerta del cuarto, no servía el aire acondicionado, los cortijeros no servian, la regadera no servía tampoco, la presión era ínfima, no tenía ningún tipo de amenidades, fui a la recepción y me dijeron que YOOOOOOOOO las pasara del cuarto que desocupe a esta habitación, no tenía ni papel de baño, ni toallas!!!

Habitación fría sin que sirviera la calefacción, piso de habitación frio y sin un tapete, botellas vacías de jabón, loción corporal y shampoo, un minijabón para manos en lavabo y regadera, ruido de la calle, restaurante con calidad dispareja, falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones.óEn fin, he estado en mejores lugares.

La cama rota(sin 2 patas), el cuarto huele a cloaca, los muebles viejos, la caja fuerte inadecuada, el servicio pésimo, no contestan el teléfono, ni el WhatsApp, baño sucio, las cortinas no cierran...

Solía ser una buena opción, pero ahora es un completo desastre. El mobiliario del hotel es muy viejo y desgastado, hasta tétrico, las toallas están muy, muy percudidas, años de no cambiar, el servicio le falta capacitación, el baño le faltaba la cortina de baño y el piso de la regadera sucio como si nunca lo lavaran. Los artículos del baño como jabón y shampoo de ínfima calidad, los cuartos del segundo piso extremadamente ruidosos ya que los muy viejos aires acondicionados brincan y hacen ruido en la azotea. Faltaban toallas en el baño y nunca me las llevaron. Los datos en mi hoja de registro estaban mal. Siguen cobrando como un hotel de primera dando un servicio de quinta.
