Individuals and people in the hotel were peculiar similar to other places in Vietnam. Despite hotel having room, paid already and for one night: hotel were persistent not to follow booking itinerary, threats of refund or cancellation and inflicted aggression through various methods. If hotel were not adversed, numerous problems would not have occurred.

Khách sạn ổn nhưng lễ tân quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Cúp điện từ sáng đến trưa không một lời xin lỗi. Chỉ muốn thu tiền thêm chứ không muốn cải thiện. Lễ tân miệng cãi chem chẻm như ngoài chợ rất bất lịch sự. Thái độ tệ hại!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
