The service and the hotel are great...Diana was a great help at all times and Victor was a great person, I only feel great gratitude and when I return to Cali another time I will repeat without a doubt...thank you for everything... .great hotel and great professionals

This was a very nice hotel located in a very lively and vibrant area of Cali, very near the Intercontinental Hotel. The room was very well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The only drawback was that the room was very noisy, since you could hear tv and conversation from other rooms. The cost of $45 per night was extremely reasonable and makes me want to forgive the noisy room!! Pretty good staff and overall I had a good stay

Extremely friendly staff with also an excellent disposition to help you in anything you need. The room well organized and really cleaned, the great breakfast multiple option to choose from. For last the location, close to everything and really easy to find transport in the zone

Wonderful place in cali. The staff was so nice and friendly. Unbeatable location with tons of restaurants nearby. The best thing are the comfy beds and pillows. It is great for quicks trips to cali. Just one night is perfet and convenient. I will be back any time soon.

New building and very clean but…
This could’ve easily been a 10/10 review but my requests at check in for a quiet room didn’t happen. Room was street facing the construction in front of hotel and the elevator. I was told it’d be “tranqui”. When I brought it up in the morning I left they said “we had interior facing quieter rooms.”
******* platinum wasn’t honored even though there was availability (they wanted extra payment). Hard to lock entrance sliding door.

I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

As a solo tourist, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Altio Hotel made me feel welcome and safe. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and they even provided grocery pick up services to make my stay more convenient. Special recognition goes to Cesar, the front desk receptionist, who was friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The entire staff at Altio Hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made my stay truly memorable. Nice place,nice atmosphere, nice restaurant all around. Good service, good peoples. My only complaint is the a/c in the room.Itvwould noy cool the room properly. It ran all night and I sweat all night.Its just ro small for the room.82 outside 72 in the room.
