Stay away from this hotel. We arrived at this hotel at 5pm and when getting the room key they only give you one key so if you are in a group of four this can be quite challenging. As soon as we entered the room we smelled like bleach or some other chemical, we didn't know what it was. We asked to change rooms and after some debate the hotel agreed. At night, before we put the kids to bed, my husband checks the beds to make sure they are okay. We found hairs all over the sheets and ** on the pillows! We felt so sick! Since it was getting late we couldn't check out so I asked them to change the sheets but all their staff smelled like smoke so my husband and I went it alone to change the sheets on all our beds! As if that wasn't enough, the other rooms were extremely noisy at night with people dragging furniture, partying, and smoking all night, and we didn't sleep a minute the entire night. When we asked to check out, they refused even though we didn't want to stay there for an extra night. Even though the hotel refused to take any responsibility, we booked another hotel. Don't choose this hotel, there are many better options in town.

Because of my negligence, I booked one night less, but fortunately, I found out that I booked another night before departure. The night before the end of the first order, I asked the sister at the counter if she could continue the next order without checking out. The sister at the counter said that in principle, she would check out at 12 o’clock and check in at 3 o’clock, but because I was traveling with a child, she agreed Save me from checking out and checking in again. Sincere thanks, because Busan is really hot these days, the help at the counter really makes people can't help but add 100 points for Busan!

The hotel is located at the entrance of Bupyeong Kkangtong Market. The facilities were clean. The service is pretty good.

We stayed at Hotel Marcher for 4 nights in the last week of Jan 2024. We felt very at home at the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful all through our stay. We felt like we had family looking after us. Housekeeping does a great job and I must thank you for the bidet that keeps the seat warm. The hotel and its rooms were all well maintained, designed and intentionally decorated. We will miss staying here, thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel Marcher has a lot of things going for it. The rooms are among the biggest I have seen for hotels in Korea. They are clean and functional, and they provide all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a busy section of Busan and it is convenient to tons of restaurants and street activity, so if you like to be in the center of things, this hotel is a good choice. It is also close to the Line 1 metro and is only a few stops away from Busan Station. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. What keeps this hotel from a higher rating is the lax attitude toward smoking in the rooms. Marcher bills itself as being a smoke-free facility, but my room was very smoky when I checked in. The hotel was completely booked that night, so I had to sleep in a room that smelled like a dirty ashtray. Unlike other hotels that provide written warnings of fees if you smoke in rooms, there are no such messages at Marcher. Even when I was moved to a different room the following day, I could still smell cigarette smoke in the hallways and even seeping in at times to my bathroom. Smoking seems to be at epidemic levels in Korea, and it appears that Hotel Marcher is hesitant to fight what seems to be a national norm. If you don't mind the smell, this hotel is excellent. If you need a smoke-free environment, I would look elsewhere.

good location and good service. it's good choice for family trip.

It was a nice stay, with friendly and helpful staff. Able to communicate in limited English with us, through translator app. Response to service requests were prompt. Room was cosy and the toilet is clean. Location is good as it's right beside the BIFF area and various markets.

Spacious room, really lovely staff, and a great location!

Likely the best location when staying in Busan! Walkability to food stalls and the night market made it easy for our group of 6 to lounge around without having a strict itinerary (or car). Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful in providing suggestions for food and directions to the beach. Of note, room keys are specific to each room and incur a $200 replacement fee

The crew are amazing and the location is very good, The facilities are perfect!! Make your self a favour and book this hotel fast as you can. Don't forget to take mosquito spray if you coming to .North Korea

Nice hotel. Many resturants and shopping center around the location. Staff is so nice.
