시설은 잘 놓았는데, 프런트 직원들 교육 전혀 안되어있슴. 자신들이 명품인양 회원아닌 사람은 고객이 아닌 취급.
시설과 위치를 봐서는 또 가고 싶은 곳인데, 프런트 여 직원들은 두번다시 보고싶지않은 부류... 리조트라고 해서 음식재료들 사 가지고 갔는데 숫가락, 젖가락은 커녕 냄비, 전자레인지도 없고 호텔같이 차 한잔 마실수 있는 셋팅이었네요. 체크아웃 할때도 프런트 직원은 잡담하며 인사는 커녕 눈 조차 안 마주침... 여튼 직원 교육은 빵점...
