Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

I basically use Ctrip for business trips. It is very convenient and the service is also very good. If you encounter problems overseas, you can quickly get a reply from the customer service. The hotel is in good condition and the key is very convenient. There is a big supermarket downstairs. I will choose it next time on a business trip to meet my business needs. enough

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

The hotel is located in the center of the pedestrian street. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. It can help to park at a parking location 100 meters away. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will recommend food. The breakfast is very rich. Very good value for money

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

Ahmet the receptionist was very polite,friendly smile,good attitude👱🏻👍🏻 I need tissues and cutlery,delivery to the room was very fast🚀 The room was clean✨🛌✨ No refusal to check out an hour late⏰🥰 This is my first trip to Turkey as a woman, I feel the very good service attitude of the Turks. 1. The location is excellent, you can eat and drink right outside the door. 2. The breakfast is minimal, but the dining environment is bright. 3. Internet and air-conditioning are not working at all.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

I came to the funeral from Antalya. I made 3 adults 1 baby. When I came, they gave a room smoked inside, not even opened the room window. However, we said the other room was again. The Bursa, which we hosted in the family, was a quiet hotel near the closed city market and very close to Ulucami. We thank all the staff, especially Tuncay gentleman, first of all, trip advisor, although I saw old photos and had information.. If you have renovated the hotel and see old photos, do not be cheated.. It is a clean hotel with a renovated and very beautiful, family stay. I recommend..
