We stayed in a standard double room during a trip through Europe. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very good service. The prices are ok: €16/person for unlimited breakfast in the morning. The simple beds were very comfortable. There rooms were in oristine condition upon arrival. The bathroom is equipped with soap, body wash, shampoo and hair conditionner. There was a coffee machine with cups and glasses in the room.

Already when entering the stylish lobby I was warmly received by a professional and friendly staff. The check-in went smoothly and I felt welcome immediately. The entire team of the hotel was always aware, polite and very advanced with a excellent service orientation from –. The room I received was a real dream. The spacious, tastefully furnished and furnished with modern equipment, it did not open any wishes. The breathtaking view from my window contributed to my well-being. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive – every day my room was thoroughly cleaned and attention to details was not to be overlooked. The culinary offer of the hotel's restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The variety of exquisite dishes and the high quality of ingredients convinced me fully. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of fresh meals, and the careful staff always ensured that nothing was missing. I can only recommend stay at the hotel Christkindlwirt. We will come back safely.

This hotel has seen better days. Good we found the wellness area, especially ＞ the hall bath. Great. We found the wellness area to be good, especially ＞ the indoor pool. Great. The reception was very friendly and breakfast was sufficient. The welcome was very friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. Beautiful walks right outside the front door. Also the cleanliness was top. The cleanliness was also great. Not so good is the state of the hotel. Urgently renovation is needed. Bed cracked and the mattress is too soft. Shower cabin closets and bag broke. Damn. The condition of the hotel is not so good. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.

Again one that it's worth visiting. The price/performance ratio is super. Reception is very friendly, as well as the barkeeper. The rooms are sufficiently large and equipped with TV and tablet. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. We will certainly come back.

What a miserable hotel. Booked 5 nights and left after 3 nights. Location was great. Rooms okay. But the staff!! Really need training in customer service. Appalling service. On Check in not a word, but just a piece of paper shoved at us to complete. Young girl with black hair had serious attitude problem. Next morning went down to have breakfast. Just totally ignored. Older guy with pony tail made eye contact and turned his back on us. Seemed more interested chatting with receptionist. Do we wait to be seated or just sit somewhere? No idea. Like I said just ignored. We went elsewhere to get food. In the 3 days we stayed there not once were we spoken to. Stay elsewhere, where you may get a bit of service or something. We have spent 6 months in the last 18 months travelling around Europe. Never experienced anything like it. Shocking hotel.
