Our A/C didn’t work in the room. We complained and nothing happened. They said that they will send someone to the room to check it and pretty sure they didn’t. They did not offer us to change rooms or any solution to this matter. We weren’t satisfied for the money we paid.

Location is nice, service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean room and toilet.
Bed comfort however is just marginal, with high pillows and average matteras. The shades only lightly obscure the light from the big windows, and you will hear some noise from the Hotel's resto until after dinner time.
No complementary bottled water in the room, coffee ot tea.

This was probably our worst hotel experience in our trip to Bulgaria. Rooms never cool off from the AC. We changed few rooms and it was all the same. The AC is pretty much a joke. We had to be creative to create somewhat pleasant atmosphere. We had to close the shades to keep it somewhat cool. Then there is this horrible smell from the sewers from the bathroom. We had to cover all of them with objects to keep it away. Breakfast was cheap. Cheap quality produce and ingredients. We completely skipped it our second day. Overall, I won’t recommend.
