It's the best hotel. The service is friendly, the location is good, and the price is good. I'm very satisfied. I want to stay here again if I have another day in Buenos Aires. I didn't request breakfast and ate it, but I'm very satisfied.

Located in a focal point of the city, very easy to walk to numerous interesting sites. Rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable! Staff are very helpful.

Good location
Personnel very friendly and helpful (Ana Bonet, Pablo and bellboys especially).
Some furniture look old and worn out though.

Very well located. One step out of the hotel your immediately on the biggest road in Buenos Aires which means you can reach basically everything by foot.
Nonetheless you don’t really hear the noises in the room.
Employees were very friendly eventhough not always up to European politeness.
Breakfast was good. Gym is very basic and we didn’t have any towels or water there. The keycards really struggled when using the elevators. That was kind of annoying. Overall a very good stay but there is some room left for optimisations.

Very nice location, Pablo in the front desk makes the difference, he’ll help you with everything that you need while you in Buenos Aires ask him and he have the answer, be back there.

There are protests with literally hundreds of people that apparently occur 4-5 x per week where demonstrators set fire on the road to block any ongoing traffic. The morning receptionist had no idea what was going on or didn’t want to say but the evening receptionist told us this is a frequent occurrence. Buses of police vehicles arrive toward the evening. We stayed in another area of Buenos Aires for part of our trip and in this location for the remainder. If it weren’t for the prostests as you are near gov buildings then it would be ok. I wish I would’ve known prior to booking as we didn’t feel safe in the area especially traveling with children. The last thing you want to see on vacation while looking out your window is police with guns on one side and protesters setting fire on the other side all within 1/2 block from your hotel. Traveled July 2023. Wanted to post this as a courtesy to future foreign travelers
