It was the worst of the Sonobell branches. Among the hotel front desk staff, there is a clear difference between friendly and unfriendly staff. The karaoke room on the first floor seems to be run by a private business rather than a hotel employee, and the kindness of these people was also enough to cause discomfort. The hotel was already fully booked, so we stayed at a resort, but even if the ondol room was turned up to 35 degrees, we couldn't feel the warmth. Yes. 여러 모로 불편한게 자잘하게 많았어요
72m2패밀리방 예약했는데 입실할때부터 놀랐어요 퀸 사이즈 침대가 룸이 아닌 거실을 가득 채우고 쇼파도 없고 갑갑한 느낌;;
침대 옆에는 협탁이 있지만 폰 충전할 수 있는 콘센트도 침대 주위에 없어서 벙쪘었네요
TV 옆에 폰 충전 연결해놓고 아침 알람 울리면 폰으로 힘겹게 걸어가서 알람 껐어요
수건은 작은걸로 딱 4개 있었고 3박 묵는데
둘째날 아침 리필 문의하니 장당 5천원 추가 요금이라며 안내하는거 보고 어이가 없었고...
3박에 청소 룸서비스를 한번만 해주는게 맞는건가요? 방을 가장 안쪽 끝방을 배정받아서 쓰레기통을 아침마다 거의 100미터는걸어가서 직접 버리고 오면서 이게 리조트라 감수해야 맞는건가 싶었어요
체크아웃 전날 저녁 7시쯤 개인 사정으로 조기 퇴실 문의할때 마지막날 미이용 조식 환불 문의했는데 거부당했습니다 아니 이용도 못할 조식 전체를 꿀꺽하는게 맞나요 일부라도 안되냐고 재차 물어보니 일체 해줄 수 없다네요 좀 어이가 없었어요
조식 품질도 가격대비 영 .. -_- 솔직히 마지막날 7만원어치 버려도 아깝지 않은 수준
그냥 환불 포기하고 감니더 ㅃㅃ
