The hotel is doing well, it is also close to the square, the parking is convenient, and the limited hardware facilities have been used to the extreme. The breakfast is rich, the service is in place, and the sanitation is good.

Very tasty and extensive breakfast. Also very friendly staff. Maybe one minus, toilet was right behind the bathroom door. Not very convenient, but no drama either. Everything is also available in the bathroom.

LOVED our stay! Hotel was amazing for us and our 2 boys
We got the quadruple room and it was amazing! Breakfast was amazing too!
HIGHLY recommend this hotel for couples or families.

The front desk staff was amazing! They offered a map and highlighted all of the things happening (markets, concerts, where to take the canal ride, and sights we might want to see). Super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and convenient and an easy walk to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this property.

Had a lovely stay, staff were extremely friendly. Location was great, very central! We were originally given a room on the 4th which had no lift access which was no good with the pram, so the staff quickly changed our room - would be returning!

We stayed on a room only basis and have no complaints at all. it has a very nice foyer the receptionist very welcoming and as we where early for booking in they stored our luggage. The rooms and hotel was spotlessly clean which is a major criteria. There are so many cafes nearby we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. Another good point it is so handy for the main square in Brugge. Christmas in Brugge is quite magical and has an excellent light trail. The rail link from the airport is very good.
