Nice hotel. Noisy on New Years Eve (fireworks) but where in Houston wasn’t? I would highly suggest this if you are going anywhere in the West Houston area.

Went to check in and was told there was no water at the hotel. We could not use showers or bathrooms. Agent told me to contact ******* for refund and we had to go find a new hotel. I tried calling ******* for refund and they claim Holiday Inn denied the refund request. I have had TERRIBLE customer service from ******* and submitted a case to IHG, but no resolution yet! Hoping the Manager of the hotel does the right thing!

I arrived very late on a Thursday evening. The evening/overnight manager was very nice and helpful while dealing with a 3 hour outage of the Comcast internet system that affected the check in process. Friday morning the person in charge of preparing the breakfast was a no show. The overnight manager did everything she could to provide the no-cook breakfast options for the guests. I appreciated her efforts dealing with a difficult situation.

Refrigerator didn’t work and the clerk at the desk was willing to move us to another room (older lady) didn’t get her name , but the (young girl) that checked us in upon arrival Friday wasn’t very nice she was kinda snippy and seemed agitated, by having to check me in

When we first arrived we kept ringing the bell and nobody would come out. Another customer went and knocked on a door and the employee finally woke up. She was extremely rude and basically threw the keys at me. The first room she gave me, the beds were unmade and there was blood on the carpet. We had to go wake her up again. The second room had a leak in the roof and was leaking water everywhere. We had to wake her up one more time. She finally gave me another room. I had to walk back and forth with my family and belongings, only to wake her up and catch and attitude every time. All I wanted was a place to get a few hours of sleep.

Not their problem but I-10 construction really hurts the access to this property. When finished, I am sure it will be a lot better.
