Leonardo Hotel Bristol City Reviews

The trip was amazing, most importantly, because we chose to stay in Leonardo Hotel, Bristol City. The environment was amazing, keep it up!

Lovely little hotel. Quick and easy to get into, right by the train station

A lovely building with a nice forecourt area, reception was very welcoming, bright and cheerful. All the staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful. The only bad point was not having a car park, but they do offer discount on the nearby public car parks.

The staff is super friendly and the location is great, walkable distance to many attractions.

Fantastic hotel, with plenty of facilities, the lobby restaurant and reception are immaculate, and the staff are extremely friendly, exactly what you need after a long day travelling The room itself was pretty clean. However, there are a few marks in the bathroom, and on the privacy curtain (net curtain?) behind the blackout curtains. Other than that, I really can’t fault it. I will definitely be coming back again and I will be searching for Leonardo hotels where else I’m staying in future, highly recommended.

Good hotel with friendly staff, particularly Miguel who gave us a friendly and cheerful welcome. Breakfast had a good choice but no sausages option for coeliac customers which was a little disappointing. That could have been better. Also no offer to cook gluten free breakfast separately though gluten free toast was offered and brought to the table. Rest of food options were from the buffet.

We booked this for our anniversary trip, the hotel is so kind to arrange a good room with some supercises. Great environment, great services. Highly recommended.

Although there is no parking space in the hotel, there is a loading bay for unloading the luggages which is convenient. The public Carpark nearby only took a few minutes walk. The room is new, clean and spacious. However, the door is very heavy and difficult to close and open.

Very nice and modern hotel. It is fairly clean as in surfaces, bedding and bathroom, there was a lot of dust, rubbish and left items under the beds.
