City Star Lodge

This hotel is very close to the Kangaroo Point and not far from the South Bank. Hotel facilities are clean, there is a small refrigerator in the room; the kitchen of the hotel can easily process food; there is a swimming pool outside, the children are very happy; there is a small supermarket nearby, you can buy some food and return to the hotel to process it yourself; there are also bars and restaurants around; The handsome guy is warm and thoughtful. Recommended.

Quest is always a brand we can trust. Perfect clean rooms and excellent customer service every time~! Bed was very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Staff were extremely welcoming~! We had a wonderful time there. I would definitely recommend Quest apartments to my friends and family.
Nightcap at Camp Hill Hotel

We stayed in room 19 which we found to be very noisy. The slamming of doors whenever guests were leaving their rooms was constant - through to the early hours of the morning. Guests talking in the hallway, cars going past on the main road and items rattling on the roof. If the TV was on, most sounds were not heard. It wasn't until you were ready to settle in for a goods night rest, that every sound became apparent. We were also disappointed with the manager during our stay - Friday 7th June to Monday 10th June 2019. We had not met this gentlemen before. He treated us with disdain and it showed on his face. We showed him 2 drink vouchers we hadn't used on our previous visit and he looked at them and said they are old and not to be used. We said there was no expiry date and he said ”doesn't matter” & threw them in the bin and stared at us. Very embarrassing to say the least. We asked for soda water with no ice and no lime and he made a soda water with ice and lime. We have stayed here 5 times previously and have always been treated like valued guests. This trip we felt like lepers. We are not sure if we will be back. It is a very convenient location and the housekeeper is very thorough and very polite. the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Stayed here for a couple of months for work nearby. Had a great reception from staff. very friendly, helpful and inviting. Which remained throughout my visit, nothing was too much trouble, always helpful. Room was perfect, city skyline view at night from the balcony was great. Room facilities gave me all I needed for cooking and storage. Cleanliness was outstanding across whole property. Car parking secure. I love early morning walks and this was an easy stretch to the river for exercise. I think they even ordered perfect weather for me. Great hotel, well done 😊
