Hotels with Breakfast in West Perth

There are a lot of street parking available outside the hotel. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfortable as well. Clean and new. Will come back and stay again as the price is also reasonable.

It's right next to King's Park. The location is good. There is a paid parking lot. On-street parking is free at night. The room is okay overall, but the space is relatively small. The hygiene of the room is not very thorough. There are still a few clothes left by the previous tenant in the closet garbage shopping bag

1. Check-in is quick, and there is luggage storage service after check-out, which is great. 2. The hygiene is very good, and the room supplies are very new. The supplies will be replaced every two days. According to actual testing, this time interval is reasonable. 3. The facilities are great, including microwaves/natural gas ovens/pots and dishes, etc., but the water heater is broken and we ended up using stainless steel boiled water. 4. The environment is very quiet, the small balcony is perfect for having breakfast🥣, there are plenty of green plants around, and there are parking spaces. 5. There is an emergency contact number posted at the door. Even if the front desk is off duty, the call will be answered instantly. This is so precious in Western Australia🥹🥹Because we passed the access control time at 7pm on the first night but did not bring it with us when we checked in. The door password and the timely service at the front desk were touching. 6.ps. Although there is a restaurant downstairs, it is not noisy at all. I stayed here for 4 days. And you must try it if you have the chance. The product is good and the presentation is beautiful. 7. It’s only a few hundred meters away from King Park. It’s very convenient. Highly recommended. My family and I stayed at the Perth Mercure hotel and upon check in were told there was a bond for the room. We paid cash for the room and then was told if paying cash for bond it would be $100 dollars and $500 on card. We chose to pay cash. We were then told we still need to give our card so we did. After the transaction we were told a statement would be sent to our email. When we checked out we stated there wasn't a statement sent to us for our stay and how long before the return of our bond seeing as we paid cash. We were told 3 weeks. Wow we thought and carried on. 3 weeks later we called and asked what the go was as we never received bond not a statement and stated about the price of bond and what we were told as far as the price goes for card or cash. Because there was never a statement in the first place there was no record of a cash bond. In saying that we were then told that it was the other way around that is was $500 for cash to be paid on the bond and $100 for card. We were told something totally different. Because there was never a statement there is no trace of a bond paid in cash and are now out of $100. In final I was told that the employee had been working there for some time and would have never told us $100 bond and because there was no trace of it there would be no refund. Ultimately we were liars because the bond for cash in the hotel's procedure isn't the amount we paid and there was no trace of that payment being made in the first place. Won't be staying there again and will make sure to pay by card to avoid people making money off of my family and I. What a shame

Excellent customer service, hotel was clean and well presented. Little choccie treat was a hit with the kids, they accomodated a trundle bed for our little one. Carpark is small so tight squeeze for bigger cars, towels are smallish and very noisy from mainroad traffic. Overall very happy with stay it was close to our stadium
