The hotel is very well located and has excellent service from the staff. There is something to be desired in terms of cleanliness, in some specific environments, in my case it was the sauna which had an unpleasant smell and was quite dirty. Furthermore this

I do not recommend this property. The restaurant staff is rude. They are a mess. They charged me for the wrong amount for breakfast. When I asked about it, the restaurant manager was rude and didn't seem to care. Avoid this place if you can! There are better options around the same area.

Exceptional hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. The room chosen was spacious and very clean and I think it was the best bed I've ever slept in! Excellent gym. Nice restaurant with good breakfast. Next to the shopping mall, safe area. Congratulations to the team, it certainly made all the difference.

I was robbed inside the hotel. They took, from the room where I was staying, my backpack containing my computer, prescription glasses and Bluetooth headset. Although the hotel has an internal camera system and private security, after contacting the team that was working, nothing was done. I complained through all possible channels and received no response or assertive action. I'm returning to Belo Horizonte at the moment, without anything having been returned to me and without any formal procedure from the hotel. It's the first time I've paid to be robbed. Before leaving the hotel, I took a photograph, in the presence of the security guard, of my suitcases being opened, to prove that the backpack was not with me (it was my initiative). This is to avoid being accused (as I was when I complained) of having left the hotel with my backpack; which, if there is access to the images they said they were checking, will easily be thrown out.

Eu adorei o hotel. O quarto é grande, possui microondas, taboa de passar roupa e ferro. Senti falta de copos (não havia nem descartáveis). O restaurante não deu opção de colocar na conta do quarto. Os pagamentos eram na entrega. Os funcionários são incríveis. A limpeza é fantástica. Ótima localização.
