"The hotel is great, with excellent location, staff service and the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The shower was the best part, such a great shower with strong water force. The only issues encountered were that the bedsheets dont have elastic, so they get out while sleeping, and the toilet was leaking water. Besides that, definetly great hotel."

"My son, who uses a wheelchair, stayed at the Econotel by BSB Inn in Brasília, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. At the time of booking, I clearly informed them of his condition and chose the hotel precisely because it offered accessibility-oriented facilities and services. However, upon arrival, absolutely nothing that was promised was delivered. My son couldn't use the bathroom!! IT WAS NOT ADAPTED!!!! He had difficulty moving around the room in his wheelchair and received no support or guidance from the staff. At no point was there any real concern for his condition. We are talking about a person undergoing medical treatment, who already faces an extremely difficult routine, and yet still had to deal with negligence and lack of preparedness on the part of the hotel. Accessibility is not a differentiator — it is an obligation. What we experienced here was not just discomfort, but a serious failure in customer service and respect. I hope the hotel urgently reviews its practices so that other families do not go through the same situation. I do not recommend it. (At the time of booking, an adapted room and bathroom were requested, as the hotel has them). This is shown in the booking!!!"
