The man that checked us in was rude, condescending and a male chauvinist. He looked up my name and immediately told me there’s no reservation in my name and there’s nothing he can do for me. After a while he checked under my boyfriend’s name and found it, then completely ignored me and only spoke to him. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet didn’t flush. The pillows made a weird crunchy noise and were uncomfortable. We found an old coffee cup wedged into the filter of the pool. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Overall it was not a good stay for our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Overall our stay was very favourable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 were very incidental… the elevator is very slow, the water pressure could have been stronger, and the pool could have had some of the leaves scooped out. Other than that it was perfect!
Mel’s Diner just a few steps away was a great place to eat.

We have used this hotel for more than a dozen spring trips to Bonita springs. It is centrally located for shopping, food, beach and boating. The hotel is very clean and most items are in working order, perhaps a tad dated but well taken care of. The hotel sits back off the main so noise is minimal. But the best part is the staff. They really take care of patrons. Warren, Heather and Maria have been there for years ...one of the reasons we keep going back.

The shower was bad. The water pressure was fine, but it was impossible to keep the water from leaking out under the shower curtain and there weren’t any towel bars near the shower.

The staff was friendly and professional. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be from previous reviews but I’m sure it was comfortable to those who wrote the reviews. Overall, nice place to stay. This hotel is only 10 minutes from the beaches which made it very convenient.

A real front desk person, kind and caring. Property nice and clean and easy access to shopping , etc.
Just had issue with keys - they ended up changing our battery in the door. Breakfast lady very nice and pool was nice
