We had to change in the pool bathroom at our arrival, since we arrived 7 hours (we had warned) before check in that it was 15-horas. When we returned to the check in the staff were great and took our luggage to the room( there are many stairs), but at the exit they didn't even help, even I asked and warned my mother was in a labyrinth crisis The breakfast is wonderful and the super-attentionful staff were not required to talk about the number of the room because they already recognized. The availability of chairs and sunguards is very good, because super is easy. The structure of the very good and preserved pool, cleaning all morning by the staff and bathroom and furo filled every day, sad that the two times I reserved the furo had no good experience, as some unnoticed guests had previously entered the bathroom and had furnished with body oil and imagination with children who had urinated inside (water smelling from xixi).The room in which we stayed had a look for the sea, very beautiful and cool. The younger receptionists were always very requested, passing contacts of tours and restaurants, and one of the male receptionists made a pleasure to take my request to the rain room which I found exceptional care. One point I think they should pay better attention is at the entrance of the hostel, there is a rise where the footwear is all broken and with iron sample, for cars that is not difficult but for pedestrians it has made it very difficult to rise.

Ficamos nessa estadia do dia 31/01 a 07/02, tem um ótimo restaurante, infraestrutura muito boa com jacuzzi e piscinas! Porém deixou a desejar nos apartamentos que são sem isolamento acústico( escuta todos os barulhos, inclusive dos ralos!) sem porta no quarto, além de ter um cheiro de esgoto terrível que sobe pelos ralos, até mesmo no da cozinha! A limpeza também deixou a desejar, somente vinham limpar o chão e o vaso sanitário! Deveriam melhorar essas coisas.. O local é pet friendly porém você não pode levar seu cachorrinho nem sentar com você na área externa, se latir já vem gente reclamar! Levamos nossa cachorrinha junto e ela ficou no apartamento por algumas horas e uma senhora da recepção veio atrás de mim no elevador( muito desrespeitosa) se a gente era de tal apartamento que o cachorro não parava de latir e os vizinhos estavam reclamando! Primeiro que é totalmente sem isolamento, então o bichinho escuta todos os barulhos possíveis e até acostumar leva um tempinho! Segundo que ela é totalmente sem noção vim abordar um cliente em elevador! Deveria ter ligado para o apartamento ou então me falado quando estava na recepção!

We had to change in the pool bathroom at our arrival, since we arrived 7 hours (we had warned) before check in that it was 15-horas. When we returned to the check in the staff were great and took our luggage to the room( there are many stairs), but at the exit they didn't even help, even I asked and warned my mother was in a labyrinth crisis The breakfast is wonderful and the super-attentionful staff were not required to talk about the number of the room because they already recognized. The availability of chairs and sunguards is very good, because super is easy. The structure of the very good and preserved pool, cleaning all morning by the staff and bathroom and furo filled every day, sad that the two times I reserved the furo had no good experience, as some unnoticed guests had previously entered the bathroom and had furnished with body oil and imagination with children who had urinated inside (water smelling from xixi).The room in which we stayed had a look for the sea, very beautiful and cool. The younger receptionists were always very requested, passing contacts of tours and restaurants, and one of the male receptionists made a pleasure to take my request to the rain room which I found exceptional care. One point I think they should pay better attention is at the entrance of the hostel, there is a rise where the footwear is all broken and with iron sample, for cars that is not difficult but for pedestrians it has made it very difficult to rise.

Pousada muito bem localizada, limpa, quarto amplo e arejado, as toalhas mais cheirosas que já recebi em hotel! Café da manhã bem servido, tudo muito gostoso e com as atendentes atentas é muito atenciosas. A dica de pegar quarto com vista para o mar foi muito válida, a acessibilidade do hotel ajuda muito! A estrutura de praia (cadeira e guarda-sol) são muito boas, tem a assistência da Casa da Lagosta que fica ao lado com o serviço de bebidas e porções. The staff are very sensitive, especially those who stay in the night class, but a simple breakfast is very tasteful. We were in the triple room, from Thursday to Sunday, and every day we arrived and was all clean, organised and swallowed towels, only our shower that was not very pressured but that is also the less. Available value, it is worth staying in that hostel, I saw some negative comments about parking, I especially didn't think bad, at last it was not me who manobrad and the staff, so I have no complaint!
