Recently, I stayed at the Hilton Corferias in Bogota and loved it. The suite I had was outstanding. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in all of my trips through Latin America. The kitchen, hostess, and service staffs are remarkable. The concierge bent over backwards to provide me with useful information and, quite often, an umbrella. Jeffrey and Jhoan in the Executive Lounge made being there a pleasure. It is a great place to unwind, to read, and to eat. The hotel is in a great location that allowed me to explore the city quite easily. When I’m back in Bogota, I will be back at the Hilton.

We loved this hotel! The rooms, furniture, the decor, the breakfast, the staff were all top notch. Although there is a busy street in front, the hotel is an oasis in a crowded and bustling city. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and walkable with lots of restaurants near by. The speak easy in the hotel was wonderful with inventive cocktails and a great vibe. The breakfast was delicious, and every item was of the highest quality. WE had dinner in the hotel our first night and the service was excellent and the food delicious. there is nice outdoor space to sit and relax. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. IT was a wonderful way to start our trip in Colombia and I would go back in a heartbeat!

The Hilton Hotel in Bogota is the best Hilton hotel in the world. The staff is truly amazing and everyone treats you like family. I want to give a special thanks to Alejandra, Luisa and Jose in the executive lounge. The food is so delicious and the staff is always attentive to your needs. I would also like to thank Harrison, Jackson, and Camilo for always helping me with my luggage and welcoming me. The front desk is absolutely amazing and I would like to thank Diego, Andrea, Majorle, and Viviana. Karen and Mariana in the office are so kind and helpful always. I wish that I can give the Hilton Bogota 10 stars and thank everyone personally, as they truly make this hotel a memorable experience always. I can't wait for my next trip to Bogota so I can come back to this wonderful hotel !!! :)

My first time visiting Colombia and Bogota was the destination to attend the Luis Miguel concert. I do not normally stay at JWs, but decided to because of it's location to every adventure we were to experience that week. Our room Junior Suite on the executive 8th floor, was ready when we arrived. The hotel is decorated very nicely and well maintained. The only downer was the Asian restaurant in the hotel was closed. I was looking forward to that experience. The JW location is exceptional because of it's location and the great staff (Front desk, housekeeping, door personnel and executive lounge). The executive lounge crew was exceptional. We only ate one meal (breakfast) in The Market Place and was not impressed with the staff. We ordered coffee and tea, we noticed others that came in well after we were seated received their coffee and tea before we received ours. We had to ask three times before we received our drinks. They didn't even bother to check if we wanted jucie etc! As a seasoned veteran traveling to many countries over the past 48 years that service was unacceptable. But we didn't complained we just moved on and said let's stick to the Executive Lounge and they did not disappoint us. The food at the JW is very good. The executive crew was very attentive and fun to interact with. The door staff made sure all our questions were answered and made us feel welcome each time we came through the door. Thank you for recommending Restaurante Daniels, directing us to the different malls. within walking distance and getting taxis for us each time we needed one. I highly recommend this JW Marriott in Bogota!

Since my arrival at this hotel I have not been able to receive the least kindness from the hotel reception staff without any exception From my arrival after a long journey we were received by a machine that is only able to I am a member of IHG the loyalty program that protects your hotel being is the first time I have only received evasive , inconsistent answers and total lack of courtesy . From the day one question about the benefits that gives me the degree of loyalty and I was informed that my reservation was made with points and that the hotel was also full ! I wonder if the loyalty points in this hotel are not well received should not accept reservations under this mode . In any hotel we have hosted with my family at least we receive bottles of courtesy water , I was told that that was not hotel policy . The prick was today a few minutes ago I called the reception requesting me to send 4 toilets and toilet paper and the answer I received I am surprised: that the hotel was full and that they could answer my request until 10 am Because the hotel is This is a administrative problem as di have installed capacity of x number of people must be able to meet the needs of the customers . I loved this business hotel. Very clean, bright colors in the room, awesome view of the mountains from the window. Delicious free buffet breakfast. Super friendly staff. WiFi is very high speed. Excellent. The hotel is across the road from the US Consulate where I was renewing my visa so very convenient. And there's a bunch of bars and restaurants on the ground floor. I would definitely stay again.
