Uniqueness of the hotel layout and design makes it a center of community. Serves as a restaurant, cafe, and local hangout with evening musicians, coupled with location and exceptional customer service. Location is in the middle of Kemeralti Bazaar and close to Agora Oren Yeri, archaeological remains of old Greek/Roman marketplace, and walking distance to Konak Pier, and the waterfront boardwalk/walking path. Rooms were large and well-appointed, and clean. Customer service was exceptional, and staff assisted with various things such as calling the airport to help locate a lost mobile phone (they were successful!). They are located in the middle of Old Town, where you will not see another hotel in close proximity.

No es un hotel en el que cuiden al cliente. Pasillos con las moquetas con grandes manchas y sin aire acondicionado. No hay agua de cortesía en la habitación, aunque sí una máquina para hacer té o café instantáneo, pero no hay café! sólo descafeinado! Pregunté sobre este punto y para mi sorpresa no era omisión por error o descuido… Según Recepción es porque el hotel ha decidió que sólo debes tomar té o descafeinado en la habitación...increíble. Y el agua para el té o la pagas de la nevera o usas la del grifo, que es muy mala. El buffet del desayuno solo tiene dos platos calientes, y la fruta no apetece. En general un desayuno pobre para un 4 estrellas. Una lástima, porque con muy poco esfuerzo por parte de la Gestión, este hotel podría ser una magnifica opción para estancias en Alcoy. Eso sí, caro no es.

We stayed here for the weekend during a recent city break. It is true that you get what you pay for and this is the case for Hotel Leuka. The reception and welcome was good. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is a bath come shower arrangement with good water pressure and temperature the water was hot. The location is in a side street away from the main roads and only a short walk (3 minutes) from a C6 bus stop for transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is quite noisy as having hard (stone) floors with any footsteps or moving furniture can be heard. The walls between rooms are quite thin and people talking can be quite easily heard. Breakfast is plentiful though the scrambled egg and bacon were'luke warm'. There is a bar next door which we sat in for a couple of evenings. The drinks were really inexpensive. We enjoyed walking around the town and to the harbour with a day trip to Benidorm on the train. There's quite a lot to see in a weekend in Alicante and certainly worth a visit.

Hello Firstly I’d like to say don’t listen to half these bad reviews . People that say it’s in the middle of no where clearly haven’t done any research prior to booking this hotel , which absolutely baffles me. El Campello and San Juan are a 10 minute cab journey or car if you have one away. Two beautiful beaches for the family or couples to enjoy. There’s a few small shops and bars 5 minute walk from hotel if you want something different. As for the hotel , it’s been updated since we last went , rooms currently still under going refurbs , we had top floor overlooking the pool it was a stunning view every morning and a very spacious room for me and my kids and wife. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and also my parents have had apartments they bought in the bonalba complex. For me personally to not have many English there is bliss I don’t come away on holiday to see English , I like the culture of the Spanish and the fact I try to speak some to which is good. No idea why people say it’s not a clean hotel , there was a cleaner in the toilets every single morning without fail , spotless and the pool area was so clean every time we went down there. Food was a great selection we had full board , every meal we had was brilliant and the staff always stocked up when the buffet got low on food. I will say if you don’t like waiting in queues or waiting in general to be served for drinks at the bar or reception then this isn’t the place for you neither is any of Spain 😂 they are very relaxed people and they take there time and you have to respect that. Overall for me I had a fantastic 8 days got back yesterday , my kids loved it and I will give one more special mention to AMY the animation team , she is outstanding with kids I mean the best I’ve ever seen with them , she is truly gifted, made everyone feel welcome always smiling , loads of energy and she had kids around her all day they were in awe of her , my three children loved her , please show her this review whoever reads this from hotel bonalba , I forgot to say bye to her as couldn’t find her on final day ( just say to her I was the dad of Jenson and Rocco the twins ) from south London she will know who we are , she’s not back until Tuesday night I believe so maybe she could read it then I wish her the best in life ,a superb dancer too. Ubicación ideal y por el precio es lo que puedes esperar. Camas algo bajas y colchones para ir pensando en cambiarlos pero por lo general es una buena opción para visitar Alcoy. Hay un Parquing gratuito al otro lado del puente que suele estar libre por si no quieres usar el del hotel
