Mostly enjoyed my stay, but my whole group got sick during the week and other guests were getting sick as well. Could have been from the food.

Not a good expiring, significant noise disturbances late into the night, (1-2 am) with guests hosting loud parties in their rooms and engaging in disruptive behavior. Hotel staff did not have any handle on the disruptive guests. Limited to none options are available for children besides playing in the pool. Even in family suites, amenities like water bottles are restricted to 2 small water bottles per day with additional charges for more. Only one restaurant, a buffet style operates without reservations, while the others require dinner bookings and a dress code. Front desk staff with limited English proficiency provides incorrect information, making it challenging for non-Spanish speakers.

One of my favorite places to vacation. The staff alone makes it 5 stars! The food, drinks, pool and rooms add to the greatness. Will be back again for sure.

We stayed for six nights. We had 10 out of the 13 people get sick from the food. There were many many other people that got sick also on the resort that we talked to. The food was not very good. Buffet was tiny. Breakfast was ok, but the tables were filthy. Fire alarms were going off everyday at various times during the day and night. Another couple with us had their room completely flood as a water pipe broke in their wall. Our bathroom floor flooded every time we showered if we didn’t block the water with a towel. The resort itself is very small. The only good days we had were when we left the resort for excursions.

It was the most boring resort we ever been at. Nothing to do in the evenings other than ONE small bar and poor entertainment. Wifi was terrible as well. Buffet was disgusting. The snack bar and some of the specialty restaurants were good

The room smelt
Like a sewer when air conditioning was

More reclining suntanning beds. We could never find a spot. People would come out a 6am and then never come back for 4-5 hours later. Ceaser in premiere Lounge was amazing!! Also Carlo and Sarah I. The restaurants were so great. Accommodatting!! Carlo and ceaser made out trip!!
