The hotel located in the town area and next with the mall which very convenient look for foods and shop for some necessary items. The check in and out process is smooth and fast. Staff in front desk and lobby is friendly. Recommended this hotel as perfect accommodation place when travelling to Bintulu.

Very good hotel..spacious room..supersize single bed..high water pressussure ..a lot of parking space..htl beside to the spring mall..just walking distance..recommend htl in bintulu

Wow hotel. Near parkson shopping complex.just walk about 200 metres..breakfast ok..i like the mi kolok and lamb curry.the room was huge and comfortable..parking was free…

Good location, next to shopping mall. Have swimming pool, nice sized room. Easy accessible to town centre. Although rooms need a facelift.

Location is good and convenience, it's near to the shopping mall. The front desk staff is friendly. The only things need to improve is the smell of the wood inside the room is quite heavy.
