晚上才入住，發現牆上有不知道誰的長頭髮粘在牆上，洗臉池旁邊都是水，第二天客房打掃，衞生捲紙扔在電視機枱子上，房間門鎖也是壞的，更奇葩的入住的時候還要另外收100元的錢，説退房了退，以後不會再來。

哈哈沒這麼無語過。住宿基本的東西都沒有，沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有一小卷紙，訂了兩天的，第二天也沒有補給東西。更讓我無語的是，住了兩天，有一天半水龍頭和淋浴都沒有水！是的，沒有熱水也沒有冷水！問前台，第一次説在清洗鍋爐，晚上就來，第二天早上説在修管道中午有水，一直到兩點退房都沒有水！實在受不了洗手池一滴滴水放了半盆洗臉。這也不是在修管道吧？不想做生意可以倒閉的。蚌埠同等價位的酒店也沒住過這樣的。

房間還行，但是就是門鎖感覺不太行，之前去住那個鎖都壞了，然後我又要下去讓給換一間房子，前台説沒有，然後我強烈要求給換一間，她説師傅馬上修好門鎖就行，之後我強烈要求換房，她才勉強給我換了，房間設施不太好，尤其門鎖
