During My Stay in the Vivanta Hotel at Bengaluru, I had the opportunity to disciver the beauty of Mysore on trip organized by the travel desk. Taj makes ordinary person as a king for the Taj palace ❤️. Best service I have ever seen and yummy food and excellent breakfast. Every day started with best wishes and easy travel facility to office and Rahul will be the good friend during my cab journey. Garvit and Shiva given me best assistance in all accepts. Finally I thought I got a opportunity to stay in Taj..... Definitely I prefer Taj as my first choice to stay in my future plans. Staying at Vivanta for 14 days. In lieu of a long stay, got a higher floor room, initially, so in my opinion, the views from any high floor room is good. The breakfast is also good, with a decent spread covering all bases, which is not that repetitive. The first room I got was clean, though the fittings are visibly dated. For a business hotel, it lacks in some aspects. In-room entertainment is limited & as previously stated, dated which prevents the TV being used as a display extension. Had to be shifted for a plumbing issue, the second room however was not clean. The fittings and lights were not working, and the room itself had food residue from the previous stay. The staff however were understanding and very accommodating, (apart from one or two prior interactions) and I got shifted to a better room. The room is clean, the view is great well. (attached) However, the TV here does have a backlight issue leaving half of it, dark. The management here, ***** with staff were attentive and friendly the entire time, which helps a lot with a long tedious stay, which otherwise would be rife with solitude. The management, especially Mr. Nitin, Mr. Nisar & Mr. Niraj, proactively helped throughout the stay and helped solve all issues. Mr. Nitin especially has been incredible, and helped me & my colleagues, navigate the city & it has been a pleasure interacting with him. Staff member, Mr. Rajarshee, was also very helpful, and helped us with the room issues throughout, & really took initiative the entire while. In conclusion, the staff are exceptional going above & beyond for the guest, the food is good as well, but the the only drawback remains the dated nature of the property, which despite being kept clean, is certainly something that could be improved.

I had a fantastic experience. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, and had all the modern amenities I needed. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the buffet which had a lot of variety. I had a warm and friendly welcoming kind gesture from Gopal whenever I was at the buffet which made me more comfortable and had great time in utilizing the facilities such as the spa, gym, and the pool. The service was excellent, with the staff always ready to help.

I think if I go again it will be because of my trainer pashuram and chef virendra - they both were exceptionally good - rooms r nice but it needs renovation - no proper towels in bathroom Overall rest is all okay - I hope they renovate the property and improvise on washrooms Thnx

We enjoy delicious food in your restaurant and i also feel very good service and good behaviour of your staff. I also give me suggestion for removing the mosquito in the restaurant permanently. I also thank to all staff members for good service and behaviour.

Excellent stay at Vivanta Whitefield. The food and service was top notch especially Goudham, shravani are Very good and food, taste is very nice really a good experience. Thank you for providing such a good service and helping me out throughout with my medical condition.

Very good place to stay. The gym, sauna and Hammam is very good with friendly people to help you. Nitin was very cooperative and helpful. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious. Even the lunch and dinner buffet are quite good. The gym is well equipped. The rooms are a comfortable stay.
