Hefengjingli Courtyard Hotel (Houhai Jishuitan Branch)

Houhai Area Beijing|0.45km from Yangchenghu Hairy Crab (Ping'anli West Street)
Facilities: Early Spring in Beijing I Feel the fireworks in the courtyards of the hutongs Some people say that we must waste time in the most beautiful season, from north to south, feel the Beijing in the hutongs, feel the fireworks of Beijing's spring, walk slowly, look up and see the sunshine shining through the trees. Some people say that you must experience the style of the courtyards when you come to Beijing. I say yes. If you have not been to the courtyards, you have not really felt the blue bricks and gray tiles under the imperial city. Every hutong is actually telling the past years. I think this is the life in Beijing. Small bungalows, large courtyards, courtyards, this was once the home of Beijingers. If you want to say that Beijingers have feelings for the courtyards, it is really love and hate. I love the neighborhood, I miss the objects, I feel pain from the relocation, I hate the inconvenience... The deeper you walk in the alley, the farther you feel from the city. There is no hustle and bustle of traffic. The quiet courtyard will make you feel like you are back in the 1980s and 1990s. The Huguo Temple, which is very close to Shichahai, is not far away. The Prince Gong's Mansion is also very close. It takes about 15 minutes by bike. In the Yixi area, occasionally I am in high spirits and call my friends to have a small party in the courtyard, talking and laughing, and drinking. When I was half drunk, I felt that my life was so beautiful. Hygiene: Although the room is not big, it is very clean and has everything. After all, it is a small and exquisite courtyard hotel. The stay is very exquisite, and the bedding is very new. Environment: Their house is intelligent guest control for the whole house. Although the reviews are good and bad, it is very smart. Everything is used in it. The hair dryer is Dyson. The room is very exquisite. There are also free coffee capsules, tea, snacks, and water. The breakfast is also customized by Bama. It is very delicious and exquisite. We also helped to deliver takeaways to our room. Service: Everyone in the hotel was very enthusiastic. It was an immersive experience of the Siheyuan Hotel. The service of the staff was really amazing. I especially want to thank Xiao Zhou for being very friendly. The hotel also sent us fruit. Because Beijing is very dry, Xiao Zhou also specially sent us hand cream. The service experience is really good for people from other places who come to Beijing for tourism. He represents the feeling of experiencing a city. However, you need to go to the front desk to pick up disposable items in the room.

The owner of the store is warm and thoughtful, and cooks a nutritious and delicious breakfast. The courtyard house is clean and hygienic, and the decoration is also very fashionable. The price is also reasonable. It is also very convenient to take a walk around or take a bus to go shopping. Highly recommend this homestay to everyone.

The store is very elegantly decorated. Although the rooms are not big, they are quite clean. The staff are very polite. There is a leisure area and a drying area on the second floor. You can go to Houhai within walking distance. Food, accommodation and transportation are convenient. You can go to Jishuitan Hospital within a 78-minute walk. It arrived in just a few minutes. I stayed for two nights. The store also gave me snacks as a souvenir when I checked out. Overall, the experience was very good. I recommend this hotel😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were also highly commendable. We left an AirTag at the hotel. The staff went looking for it several times. They finally found it and offered to ship it to me for free. I am so grateful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It truly deserves five stars for its top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic location. I can't wait to visit again!

Wang's Shadow Puppy Culture Theme Hotel

Great hotel in a fantastic location in the Shichahai area, in a Hutong in Beijing. Despite the cool but confusing name (also known as Shichahai Shadow Performance Hotel on Google Maps!), it is a really friendly place. The staff are all really helpful- Seven speaks fluent English and is great at sorting stuff out; Prince, Lily, Joli and Amy speak English using a great translator phone app, which is fine for basic communication. But best of all (and a surprise to me), is that they have a Shadow Puppet show in the evening at 8pm in the small central theatre shaped atrium. It's free for residents. Don't miss this. It's a dying art, and the hotel has local shadow puppe**aster Mr Wang there every day. I'll definitely be going back the next time I'm in Beijing. Loved it!
