Beijing HWA Hotel

Xidan and Financial Street Area
Room: Incredibly big! It’s so big and empty that you can’t see everything at a glance. Living alone, to be honest, it’s a bit scary. Very suitable for family travel! There is also a small kitchen! The price and room space are very cost-effective in Xidan! The odd-numbered rooms are being renovated by the new generation next to them. There will be a little noise, but it is not a hotel problem. If you are a light sleeper, ask for directions in advance. 🍽️: For breakfast, you have to leave the hotel and go upstairs to Hanguang Department Store, which is about 100 meters away. It feels like it’s more troublesome, so it’s better to have takeout. Service: I arrived at night and the front desk was answering the phone. She kept calling me and I kept waiting. Did you at least see someone coming and ”look at each other? Smile? Or say, please wait a moment?” It needs to be improved.

Clean and efficient, great location. It’s in a mall so restaurant hunting is much easier! The service at the reception was fast and efficient. Will definitely stay here next time.

Xidan and Financial Street Area
The location of the hotel is extremely superior. It is only a few minutes walk from the subway Xidan Station, which is very convenient whether it is taking Line 4 or Line 1. The Xidan business district next to it is also highly developed, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things. The size of the room is also OK, there are windows, which is conducive to lighting and ventilation. The hotel is a long time old, the bathroom is a bit old, and the lights feel dark. The carpet inside and outside the room also feels too old. The facilities are really old, but they are also said in the past. As for service? Give the room attendant five points. The receptionist in the lobby downstairs suggested that the staff be increased (peak period) to deal with it in time and improve the customer experience. Finally, I am still very satisfied with the hotel. I will continue to stay next time I have the opportunity.

Every time I come back to Beijing, I come here to stay as an old customer. Every time, Kerr arranges it in advance. It is very convenient and very convenient, so all the procedures are always handled quickly and effectively. Manager Cindy's service is so good and she cares about the guests' feelings, which makes me feel good. The service is very warm and considerate. It's really nice. The hotel is located in the center of Xidan. Everything is convenient when traveling. I recommend it to everyone.

This is the third time I have stayed here, the room is as clean and comfortable as ever. When traveling to Beijing, stay at Fuyou Street Hotel. The room facilities and equipment are new, the room is clean, bright and odor-free, and all toiletries are available. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very considerate, the check-in and check-out procedures are fast, and the staff who clean the room are warm to us again (see the picture for details). All the meticulous services show that the hotel management is very professional and strict, which really makes the stay The guests feel that ''service is paramount, guests feel at home''. The location of the hotel is excellent, they can feel the culture of Beijing Hutong, and travel is also very convenient. Because it is next to Zhongnanhai, there is no worry about safety. Downstairs of the hotel is the ”Juqi” restaurant, where you can taste Beijing delicacies, and the hotel also gives away dining coupons! Whether you are on a business trip or traveling with your family, choosing Fuyou Street Hotel is the best choice, highly recommended👍👍
