Great location right by the subway. A bit hard to find but someone came down to show me. Lovely studio apartment with excellent projector screen with a fantastic selection of old movies.

房間非常舒適，採光通風極好極好的，房間擺設簡單有料，設施齊全，可以洗衣服，做飯呢，唯一遺憾的是房間網壞了，很好找，樓下就是購物中心，離人大也很近，出差必選

衛生情況有很大進步空間，性價比太低，接待安排很大問題。与网上地址不符。单位内厨房电器有如装饰品，不许使用。餐具经要求后只得两只小碗及两对一次性筷子。

春節到北京玩兒，過除夕，想着做個年夜飯，定了個民宿。房間中規中矩，投影開了一個小時後過熱自動關機，一晚上好幾次，無語……。廚房設施：介紹説有廚房用具，去了之後，衹有微波爐，灶具不能用，打電話給管家，説是沒有了，衹給了個瓦斯爐和一個鍋…，廚房裡連洗潔精、廚房紙都沒有，其他的更別説了。喝水的一次性紙杯裏黑黑的，沒敢用。房間裏的紙感覺都是上一次房客剩下的，大過年的，也不説檢查一下，用的紙都沒有了……。關於投影和其他問題，時間比較晚了，又覺得打電話給管家，彷彿不讓人家好好過個除夕夜一樣，本着體諒別人的心理，沒有找管家要。但是出來過除夕夜，就是想做頓飯，結果真的是無語，這些基本的東西，民宿應該給提前備好，還不是讓我大除夕夜給你們打電話，雖然我沒有打。但體驗感真的不行。最後就是房間挺冷的。早早鑽進被窩了

1607房間廚房水龍頭下部有點漏水，但不影響使用，其他挺好的。建議配玻璃或陶瓷、不銹鋼水杯，紙杯不環保。
