付費升級入住7樓房間，房間裏面居然寫的是另外一家名稱。😵💫房間太臟，洗手池發黴，洗手池裡的水無法完全流下去，浴室淋浴房會漏水到馬桶這邊。電話和燈充電器這個區域全是灰，地板上也有明顯污漬，讓人感受很不好。感覺酒店日常清潔非常馬虎。幸好自帶一次性馬桶墊和床套，否則覺得睡不下去。

五一出來遊玩，選了好久的酒店，打電話諮詢好幾家，最後決定選擇這家酒店是因為地鐵方便，能直接到天安門和前門大街 ，好在沒有讓我們失望，酒店服務態度都挺好的，雖然設施設備有點老舊，但勝在乾淨

性價比超高的一家酒店，乾淨、整潔，舒適，温馨，裝修風格也很喜歡，色彩明艷，適合現代審美。尤其是服務超讚，專業，親切，入住主動遞水，熱情有禮，耐心詢問需求，並且幫我拿行李送我回房間，還耐心告訴我早餐時間地方，入住有歡迎水果，房間很乾凈，房間衞生間比較大，床品整潔，熱水充足，寬敞明亮，沐浴用品很好，大品牌精油洗護沐，客房服務員很熱情，響應快，周邊出行也很方便，距離酒店三百米就是地鐵站，值得入住，推薦。

酒店位置挺好的，主要是出行方便，一號線直達天安門環球影城，前台還給我們做攻略，很滿意，客房服務員路過還會熱情的打招呼，很滿意，下次出來玩還會來住，推薦推薦，就是樓道有點長😂

前台服務挺好的，給我免費延遲退房時間，還送了免費咖啡。中間出現一個小插曲，經理很快就幫我們處理了，很開心，以後出來玩還會選擇這裏
