本次去北京旅遊，由於是五一假期前一天定的，能在北京的中心地帶訂到優惠又便利的房間真是運氣很好。由於是和孩子出遊，就定的單人房，連住三晚，住了一晚後，向前台小哥説了想升級標間的想法，前台小哥當時就向領導申請，次日，我們順利免費升級大標間。真是很感謝京漫智旅的本次服務。酒店基本設施齊全，乾淨衞生，洗澡熱水很合適，雖説沒有早餐，但樓下就是繁華的小吃街。出行超級便利，看升國旗不用起的太早，可以走着去。

為了看升旗特意選擇離天安門近的位置，房間、被子都很乾凈，在這寸土寸金的地方，房間大小和價格是掛鈎的，不能既要又要。我就是為了離天安門近，幫我省去路上倒車、週轉的時間，我覺得可以了，周邊還有大柵欄商業街。前台小哥的服務也非常好，給兩位小哥點贊～

空間特別窄，樓梯坡度很高，房間練轉身都難，磕磕碰碰的，因為凌晨入住的比較晚，想睡個好覺，都不隔音，不知道哪個位置在打電話，聽得一清二楚，想着比較倉促隨便定了一個，就算了，結果呢，規定12點退房，12：02客房大姐就過來敲門，敲門的時候我都能聽到她説話，我回應居然不理我，前兩遍我都回應了一會就退房，我不信你這點空間會聽不到我説話，第三遍直接開門進來，也沒有道歉什麼的，我不理解，房間也沒有座機，你着急退房，可以打給我電話，電話都不打直接就敲門進來，開完門後就在對講機和前台説我要退房了，也不知道是老闆還是員工，這個價位就不糾結你服務品質了，但催客退房也不是你這種方式處理的，太沒禮貌了

酒店身居大柵欄裏面，離天安門非常近，幹什麼都很方便，在這寸土寸金的北京，房間雖小五臟俱全，床單啥的都很乾凈，因自己有事要提前一晚退房，跟老闆説了一下情況，老闆二話不説就同意了，特別讓我感動，下次去北京還住這！祝老闆生意興隆！財源廣進！！

環境：在觀音街裏，對面就是大柵欄，逛吃逛吃超方便！離北京市主要景點都很近！建議選不靠街的房間，不然就會每天準時被吆喝聲叫醒。
衞生：房間很乾凈、整潔。
服務：有求必應！
設施：衞生間稍微有點小，不影響使用。房間有電視可看。空調製冷效果超好！開27度都有被冷到
