In the end, we waited for more than two hours. The front desk was full of anxious customers urging for rooms. Everyone brought their children. If we don't have this reception capacity, shouldn't we be so greedy? We want to make money but can't guarantee service. As an insider, it's really hard for me to understand! What's more, we also fancy the quality and service when we come here for the second time, but we are really disappointed this time! The second thing is breakfast. I thought there would be a long queue, but it was unexpected. The restaurant opened a lot of temporary dining areas, so there was no queue, but the dishes and service were still problematic! The dishes were not fully replenished, the bread was not of good quality, there was no toast to heat, no jam, no cereal, and the salad did not even have the most basic cucumber! The fruit was usually watermelon, but this time, there was no watermelon! There was no orange juice! There was a long queue for freshly cooked food! There was a long queue for pot cakes! There was no cup for coffee, no knife and fork, and the waiter who collected the food could not be called, and I had to clean it up myself... I won't comment on the other things. I played it last time. The good places are still worth recommending, but the bad ones are also raised in the hope that they can be improved for the better. After all, no one wants to do a one-time business, especially now that the industry competition is so fierce. Even if we may not come again (the main reason is that the children are older and find it boring), we can still recommend it to people around us. Improving the speed of cleaning the guest rooms is the most critical! It is also necessary for the restaurant to close the market in time, clean up, replenish napkins, and enrich the dishes! The room is clean and comfortable, it is convenient to order takeout, there are enough free parking spaces in the ground floor garage, and there are many scenic spots around, which are all worth recommending!

Similarly, there was a lot of dust when the curtains were opened and closed. It feels like this room has not had a customer for a long time, and the bedside is also covered with dust. When sleeping, I can only tell my children not to touch the bedside. There are obvious traces of juice drinks on the desk, and there are large dark stains on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. Since there are many guests on May Day, there should be a plan, and basic hygiene should also meet the standards. At breakfast at around 7 o'clock, the floor was very unclean, with many stains left by the buffet the night before, which immediately made me feel that it did not meet the impression of a five-star hotel. The various breads for breakfast were too unpalatable, the bacon tasted like chewing wax, and the fried dough sticks were hard and irritated my mouth. I don't understand where those good reviews came from. The gym is next to the swimming pool, and the smell of the swimming pool is very strong, filling the gym. The gym is open until 10 o'clock, but people start to be driven away at 9:30, which is the rhythm of the state-owned enterprises getting off work. The front desk said very little, and there was almost no introduction. It was like a check-in machine. I will not patronize this hotel again. It has a great reputation, but it is rotten inside. The hotel lacks hygiene and basic sincere and enthusiastic service, and other supporting facilities cannot add icing on the cake.

Swimming pool experience At this time in early May, Beijing has not yet entered summer...The water in the swimming pool was actually cold water, freezing...Otherwise, there would be fewer people playing...The children's pool was hot water, but there were so many people that it was very dirty, and the sand hurt my eyes... Breakfast Oh my god, I have never seen so many people. I came to eat at around 8 o'clock. I searched for half an hour but couldn't find a place. It was crowded... The food was terrible...
