週六來住宿選了希岸，辦理入住後一進門就有一股很刺鼻子的煙味，諷刺的是這層樓被稱為無煙樓層。。。受不了，就和前台小姐姐要求換一間，小姐姐爽快的答應啦，很友善。
換完房間以後又大跌眼鏡，之前住過的所有希岸都是乾濕分離，這間屋子卻不是，並且衞生間非常小，好吧，小也就算了，衞生還相當差。那個浴台已經臟到發黃，水龍頭都是臟污漬，鏡子上竟然還有頭髮。。一整個大無語，環境太惡劣了。並且設施都很老舊，沒有智能馬桶，機器人送餐，有待升級套件。
吹風機是壞的，但是晚上和前台小姐姐打電話一會就送了上來，非常熱心。
總而言之，這家店服務很好，但是其餘衞生環境很不好，不推薦。

酒店環境好，房間佈局完美，優雅中不失情調，服務周到，讓人感覺很舒服。這次入住很滿意，房間衞生很乾凈寬敞舒適，地方好有停車位，設施不錯，床舒服，浴室淋浴出水快，布草乾淨柔軟很好。

服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題已經是第二次來了，第一次來就很驚艷，沒想到第二次來還有新的驚喜，愛了酒店設施很齊全，環境很好，衞生很乾凈，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了吧

從來沒住過這麼差的連鎖酒店 首先辦理入住時候服務人員一點兒不熱情，而且辦理入住非常墨跡，還告訴我客房沒有打掃好，另外房間洗漱用品都沒有，而且打掃的衞生太馬馬虎虎， 東西遺落在酒店，第一時間也不電話提醒，等上了高鐵主動給酒店打電話 ，然後酒店還不知道這事兒 哎 能給1星好評了不滴了 。
