Staff doesn't know even a little bit English, breakfast buffet don't have fork and knife to eat with, doesn't have hot water for tea, poor selection.

We needed a hotel to stay the night since we couldn’t find train tickets. This hotel was very convenient because it’s a 5 minute drive from the Beijing South Railway Station. The staff was super friendly.

The only drawback is that the dryer is broken and cannot be used, there is no top spray when it rains and the water pressure is low. The sound on the elevated highway is slightly louder at night.
