出來沒有遇到過如此垃圾的酒店，首先找不到。牌子很大，我圍着樓轉了一圈才看到原來酒店黑着燈我以為有什麼問題關了，問了一下旁邊喆咖酒店的前台才知道原來在這裏登記，您倒是標註一下。二，最噁心的衞生間，設計師腦子傻了，洗澡就不能上廁所，上廁所不能洗澡。三：隔音極差，房間裏一股發黴的味道。我也在攜程定了很多年了，這是體驗最差的。永遠不會再住，對了還有一個床上就一個枕頭，一晚上脖子疼得不行。

前台服務周到，環境簡約舒適，衞生良好，地暖很暖和
一點小建議：地暖有點太暖和了（ ﹡ˆoˆ﹡ ），衞生間時間長了會有點味道，需要開排風扇

一進大堂真的好大氣，上檔次，有休息區，前台人員服務態度很好，經理也是很貼心，給我指引電梯方向，非常滿意，位置也不錯，臨走的時候還給了瓶水，關鍵是水還是温熱的，很貼心的服務，下次還來
