位置優越，離國貿地鐵站步行5分鐘距離。房屋裝修風格現代，設施齊全，居住舒適。我們一行4大3小，都特別滿意。尤其是最小的3歲孩子，每天在外面都説，想要回北京的家去沖涼泡澡了，哈哈哈哈😂強烈推薦。7

房子户型更好，乾淨衞生，地理位置優越，就在地鐵站附近，出行很方便。優點離天安門廣場很近，做公交車直直的就到了，最多10分鐘車程，看升旗很便利。樓下商鋪飯店也很多，不遠處就是國貿。非常推薦，雖然説有點小貴，但是以三環內的地理位置和房子的面積大小來説已經可以了，推薦來北京遊玩的小夥伴選擇這家。

和圖片一致，衞生乾淨，房間大，裝修也不錯，電器廚具都有，熱水暖氣都很足，國貿銀泰就在附近，地鐵站也不遠，吃住行都很方便，房東人很好。有問必答。手機拍了幾張圖，給大家個參考。

離銀泰和國貿商城都很近，房東答覆及時，因為年三十要做飯，廚房裡廚具和基本調味品也都比較全，但是洗碗沒有熱水，洗碗槽排水比較緩慢，希望房東可以改善，其他的非常滿意。
