Приехали покататься на сноуборде с супругой. Номер взяли улучшенный на двоих. Из плюсов: в целом отель хороший, есть кулеры с водой на этажах, горнолыжная трасса прям у входа в отель. Из минусов: ужасная камера хранения, заваленная барахлом самого отеля, в номере очень плохо уходит вода из душевой кабинки, если любите понежиться под струями воды, то рискуете затопить ванную и весь номер в целом, отдельного дренажа нет. Пыль на шкафах, т.е. там, куда обычно люди не дотягиваются. Очень слабая шумоизоляция, будете слышать, как разговаривают дети из соседнего номера. Хочешь кипятка? А пожалуйста, только перед этим отключи радиатор отопления. Плюс к этому радиатор постоянно кряхтит и шумит, щелкает реле. А без включенного радиатора в мороз можно замерзнуть в номере. Часы в номере тоже будут вас доставать своим тиканьем. Между корпусами 2 и 3 с потолка из светильника капала вода.

Мы были летом в рамках тура по Байкалу. Принимающая компания продавала отель как 4* и с бассейном, поэтому увидеть на входе сертификацию о 3* я не ожидала. Но это не вина отеля. Объективно- для зимы классный отель, до подъемника идти 5 секунд, для гостей скидка и подняться можно дешевле. Мы жили в 2хкомнатном люксе, вполне нормальный номер. На этаже есть комната со стиральной машиной, сушилкой и утюгом, удобно. Из минусов- ужасная звукоизоляция. И в ресторане многих блюд по меню не было в наличии. Но в целом всё неплохо
