1.food not properly displayed , left in open area , warm seafood not refrigerated which can be unsafe
2.unclean & spotty dishes and glasswear
3.many fountain machines not working
4.no fresh bottle waters available unless requested
5.came back home with a lip blister after having sushi
6.both my husband & i came back with diarrhea, which started there, i dont know if it was from food or low grade liquor drinks.

The dishes were dirty in restaurants..the room needs to be upgraded. The towels had dirt on them like they weren't washed..not much entertainment for the kids..Also the music could be better(needs to be a mixture) not only Spanish music

Riu party was a nice option to have that other hotels dont have … I DID NOT like that you have to pay for drinks at the club (pacha), the food was bland and did not have many options, the pools were never cleaned employees were rude and seem bother whenever you asked for something except for a couple employees who were very nice we also found a roach on the dessert table at the hibachi hotel i will not be staying here again

I didn’t like how far I had to walk to get to and from my room and that it was on the 2nd floor. I have a bad knee. Everyone was friendly and willing to help us our stay was enjoyable.

Paid extra for a deluxe family suit…but got a regular room. When I asked to get a different room, I was told that wasn’t possible and no refund for the difference of rooms! Food was nothing great except for the steak house. That was amazing!

The most amazing choice we could have made for our trip. The staff were so amazing they treated us we the most perfect customers service. We had a wonderful time. Our mini fridge wasn’t working properly and within 10 minutes of us telling the front desk they had a new one in our room. The food was delicious and they had many different options to choose from.
