設施：很棒，真的在細節上下了很多功夫
衞生：很好，每天都有人來打掃，打掃的人也很細心
環境：挺不錯的，外面的街巷看着不咋滴，但裏面居然別有洞天
服務：人很好，我一開始覺得吵，還給我換了房間

這是一家外觀不起眼，但是內部很優質的酒店。各方面設施都很不錯，一看就是在細節管理上下了很大功夫。浴巾、面巾都是封裝在塑料袋裡的，保證了衞生。淋浴熱水有温度顯示。床頭櫃上擺放了兩衹口罩。不錯！下次來保山還會住這裏。

前台服務態度極差！房間極其不隔音！
辦理入住前台説給我們升級成同價位的高級房間，我就想問問什麼叫同價位的高級房間？？？老闆有兩個酒店，一個叫華庭商旅，一個叫金牛宮，都是一個前台，酒店的人懶得打掃衞生，就把當天入住的人全放到一條走廊，美名其曰同價位高級房間。
房間用木板隔音吵的要死，根本不值這個價，半夜隔壁電視聲音賊大，隔壁的隔壁帶小孩哭鬧不止，還不如開車去公園睡一晚。給前台打電話，前台説是我們同意換房間的，其他什麼都不管，它意思是我同意換房間我活該被吵唄？辦理入住的時候也沒説是華庭的房子，我訂的金牛宮被換成那個噁心死了。
那天晚上和被子接觸過的皮膚也是渾身發癢，不知道怎麼回事。
幾周前定過金牛宮的房子，當時還覺得這個酒店老闆很用心，提供的東西都是一次性的，所以這次回來才繼續住的，結果這次被噁心死了，算是長記性了。

酒店很好，早餐很豐富，大廳的免費零食水果礦泉水也很多，整個入住過程愉快的且放心，房間的佈局很是簡約清新 各類設施齊住，衞生更是細緻，房間有淡淡的香味，走道也香，以後來這邊也會繼續住他家的

設施挺好的，很新而且很好用，房間看起來很大。因為是淡季所以幫忙升級了房間，前台小姐姐態度也很好。
整個房間都很乾凈，停車是停在樓下的兩個停車場裏。就是有一個門口的停車場一直停滿了車，所以衹能停到後面那個停車場。停車場在廚房後面，停了車沒問題，就是離開的時候有來送貨的人把車擋住了。打電話詢問能不能挪一下車，我們要急着走，被很惡劣地對待了。不過前台的小姐姐還是挺好，反饋了過後，幫忙過去解決問題。值得表揚。
