The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep. I especially want to commend Vivian at the front desk. She was quick with the check-in process and had a very pleasant demeanor. I wasn't familiar with local dining options, and she patiently recommended several affordable local restaurants. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and a gym, which is incredibly convenient for short business trips. When I had food delivery, I asked her to accept it for me, and she readily agreed. Finally, because I was in a rush, she even helped me request a late check-out. For the price, the value for money is outstanding, there are no hidden fees, and the service is genuine and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to any fellow travelers.
